Today she saw I had my laptop open and she likes to burrow under those to sleep. Sometimes if she can burrow she forgets to bite.

Tyrfing on the other hand, really wants to show he's named after a pointy sword, and he easily breaks skin when he brings out the nails and teeth. Dad complains Tyrfing bites rather hard on his hand, but I have told him that having just handled cheese and then letting a little cat with a big appetite sniff his hand is going to result in said cat trying to devour said cheese-smelling hand. I dunno, it seems like logic to me.

Burrowing under a laptop, how does that work? Doesn't he block the ventilator opening?

How did they turn out? (in RL, that is - I'm sure here they're fabulous!)

I have a great sweet scone recipe and a great buttermilk biscuit recipe, but was wanting to find a good savory biscuit recipe. I found a basic one, then changed it like crazy, and now I love it! My older son keeps coming into the kitchen and snitching them and saying "You gotta make more!" so I know I have a winner! Basically with cheddar cheese, garlic, parmesan cheese, rosemary, and parsley. Great with soup!

Well... I tend to sit sideways with my knees drawn up, and then the laptop balanced on my knees and the armrest, so there a little triangle of space that Mitzi, being a midget cat, can wedge herself into. Though ocaisionally she'll try when there's not enough space, resulting in an indignant and upside-down cat getting in the way of typing.
