There's plenty more shrimp! Lotesse cooks enough food to feed an army, remember!

Well, it would make sense that any money made on the T-shirts goes to the Entmoot and helps keeping the site up and running. Especially since its name and website are on the T-shirt. The designs were specifically made for the Entmoot (my little contribution), so I would like to ask not to print them yourself. It wouldn't be entirely fair.

I've printed it just as a test to see if the paper worked and because I didn't have any other picture on my computer worth that I wanted on a T-shirt. And I wanted to see whether the design would work on a T-shirt, since it's the first time I drew something like this. And lastly, I'm the artist, I'm allowed.

Most likely the real printed T-shirts will be of superior quality anyway than my home-made attempt.

Not much, a few euros. The T-shirt was more expensive. But I wouldn't know where it is sold.

Are they green, these t-shirts? With a white 3D ENTMOOT on them. Or should we have a stylized Ent on them?

I would question my virility and masculinity and sanity myself! And it's not as much the colour of the sleeves as it is the shape. I'm sure that t-shirt would be a few sizes too small as well, which would just add to the sniggering "OMG that dude's one of them gays!1!"

Earniel, are you going to post that stuff in the T-shirt thread? I think CafePress only makes black and white shirts, as rad as a green one would be.

Awe Nurv, GW's furry buddies are always nice. You must have caught Ernie off gaurd. Ernie the Elk that is. Benny was probably having a war flash back and thought your leg was one of those wicked porcupines. Poor Nurv, we'll have to tell GW to have a talk with his Badger Brigade.

Good Morning Entmoot!

I have an interesting question for all. I recently talked to someone on the phone that I chat with from time to time and I noticed after I had talked to them I started to read what they had written differently. Has this happened to anyone else? I mean, would you read this differently if you knew what I sounded like?

Well, usually when I chat with people I've already talked with, and know how they sound, I do kind of imagine them saying it with their voice. I suppose if I knew how you sounded, I would read it differently. Hmmm... wonder how you read me?

If any of you are in here and have not gone and read Serenoli's The Lonely Elf, shame on you. Go and read it right now. The girl's got talent.

It has happened to me before, a few times. You conceptualize the pitch and texture of a person's voice, while reading their words. When reality conflicts with your conceptualization, one of them is gonna take over. Usually it's reality. Your concept of that person's voice is altered by and becomes how it was just perceived, if that makes sense.

I think I understand what you're trying to say. Like, when someone has an accent you read words the way they would say them? The girl I talk to has a southern accent and though she doesn't write words like "ya'll" and "howdy", I know stereotypical, and types like everyone else, I've began to read everything in that southern accent.
