I awoke in the night. I looked at the formation of the stars and the position of the moon, It was about mid-night. I reached out to my glass of water and my fingers came upon a ring.

I took out my ring and stared at it and then put it on A whirl of wind blew my hair. I kept xanek the rng of the lodt ones the ring of time and elemants. It could control the weather and stop time all O had to do was to think about it and the weather would change or the time would stop.

I could feel what it was trying to say, what it ment, about the doom of hobbits. My heart grew heavy, as I tried to remind myself that it wouldn't be for many years, and hopefully by then I would be dead. I grabbed my bags and headed toward the stable, Sting at my side, the tattered cloak covering my hair, and another strange thing, not unlike a dagger sown into the cloak.*Come Merry.

Cyrell was worried. Should he have told them about the Link? No, it was too late now, he would let them discover that they could now "hear" each other ... and that no one else could, unless one of the four willed it.
