Okay, I've read all of '85 and '86 of Calvin and Hobbes and most of '87 and be warned, there are a few that don't show up. It has been fun though.
*looks around and realizes he's talking to himself* Where is everybody?

Wel-l-l, long time no see! I'm back! As you may know, I spent spring break with my mom. It's a long story I'll tell later, but for now, I'll suffice to say what you all (esp. Nurvi and a few others) have been waiting for. I finally saw Monty Python and the Holy Grail, AND Hitchiker's Guide to the Galaxy. Neither were quite what I was expecting, but entertaining nevertheless (though the unusual animations in M.P. were rather frightening, and blatantly reminded me of Fantastic Planet ).
I also ended up returning home with a palm pilot, a Sony Clie, which I will soon install the software for. Night!

I celebrated easter in a very pagan way last night. Only it was raining outside so we weren't totally pagan! |

(This is not Tabby, but in fact, his cat Baxter. ) And this IS Tabby. Wow! I had yet another great time at TLD. My friend Carla was there, and so were my older docent friends was Carin, Peter and Yvonne, and, well, that's it, acutally. Actually, Carla and I were the ONLY juniors there, but I guess that's not saying much because most of the Education building's staff didn't show up and the rest left early. Nick Steffanoff was not there. Indy was in a very bad mood because whoever clipped his hooves clipped one too short. There were some people speaking some very cool foreign language apparently very well, but the two young kids (no older than eight apiece) could speak surprisingly fluent English. Wonder how THEY got to learn it so early, while I can only take language classes in school, and certainly not when I was eight. It was so good I couldn't decide whether or not they lived in the United States or not. Talk about tied up with strings! Franky is just a large blob of ultramicroscopic vibrating strings! Far out! Did anyone realize how many Berkowitz's there are? Especially in Los Angeles! Got HotSync on my handheld to work.

No, it's a synchronization between my palm pilot and my computer.
LOL! Too true. Wonder what language that was. English is the only language I know. Nice to see you too! Opf! The Indions are such a bunch of bishwag flatlanders. (No, NOT Indians.)

It's hard to say what language it was. What did it sound like? What did they look like? and, Who are Indions?

What did it sound like!? How should I know? It sounded like someone trying to stumble through rolling hills covered in sharp rocks, if you want me to be metaphorical. They looked like...um...humans.
