I do like it. But it does make your brain feel like exploding after a while. You look at the pages and it feels like it's written in some strange foreign language.

Well, I'm off to read.

Night all!

I get that with programming sometimes. I'll look at something like:

if (temp<small)
{ small=temp; }

and if I am having trouble with a bit like that and look at it too long, I start to not be sure what "small" means.

I'm with Nautipus. Exercise.

Or plain malice, if I'm tired.

Yes, it really works up a sweat when you want it too.

What would you say is your favorite work-out, sis?

ROFL! I know the feeling exactly. It's not the hard stuff that goes over your head. I'll read a paragraph like:

Quote:
Also accusations upon torture are not to be reputed as testimonies. For torture is to be used but as means of conjecture, and light, in the further examination, and search of truth: and what is in that case confessed, tendeth to the ease of him that is tortured; not to the informing of the torturerers: and therefore ought not to have the credit of a sufficient testimony: for whether he deliver himself by true, or false accusation, he does it by the right of preserving his own life.
(from Leviathan, by Hobbes, btw)

And be like...hmm...what does he mean by 'life' anyway...what does that word mean...hmmm...until my head explodes. It's always some little unrelated easy word, too.

I'm telling you, yoga is really good before bed. It's actually quite an intense workout, but it relaxes and stretches your muscles and also relaxes and quiets the mind. And, if you do a proper 10-15 minute corpse pose at the end like you're supposed to, that's pretty much the most relaxing thing in the world.

Well, I dance a lot but I really like weight-lifting. I discovered it years ago, sort of by accident. My weights are totally wieny small, but I really enjoy it more than other forms of exercise. Right now I'm not using the gym, so I'm restricted to little handweights and actual work (like hauling buckets of water), but I'll work out more on vacation.

I hate straight cardio. I wouldn't do 20 minutes on a stair step machine if it climbed Mt. Aetna.

I usually do aerobics as well, but only limited. I'm mostly just staying in shape with weights.

I stubled across it a couple years ago as well, since then I've uped my weight and I am proud.

I'm now hammer curling 60 pounds, and using a curl bar at about 110-115. My favorite workout was the squat, which i had to quit because of an old hip injury, but I was repping 435, so that felt good.

I miss my gym. I did cardio every day, and weights every other when I was at home.

Now I've gotten fat and flabby. I'm going to have a lot of working out to do when I get home.

I did competitive swimming in high school

That's a lot of work. I can do without the 6:00am practices.

I miss the gym too. I've been sick so I haven't really been doing much besides sleeping but, I was going to the gym every couple days before that. I like weight lifting and aerobics though I get sick of aerobics quick. I substitute DDR instead.

Those are crazy weights, Naughty.

I'm delicate, I am. I'd disappear like a cartoon under 435.

I really must try to sleep now.

'Night all.

Or should I say:

''Night, mother' for our theater fan's benefit?
