I'm not sure what your answer means. I'm looking for an exact number. The wedding of Aragorn and Arwen is one. There is more than one.

No. Eomer's wedding is mentioned in the appendices. I'm excluding the appendices: only weddings that occur in the story proper.

It is referred to in the future tense, but never in the present or past tenses. Therefore, it did not occur in the text. I'm not talking about the time-frame of the text, just the text itself.
