I didn't think much of him myself.

Those Michel Delving types are a bit queer...

Well done Midge, your go.

I've every right to post one answer if it is all i can spot.

I also don't expect mad furious smilies from someone who i have never seen use them before.

Nor do i expect to not get an answer to a genuine guess at one word of the post.

ah!

well, you fooled me good - i was wondering what the knob i had done to anger you so.

if being tired is a crime, i didn't pick you for a 'hang 'em' high' judge Gaffer ... and i may be wrong, but i never saw you use a mad smilie before, as far as i can recall?

I'm not a pyschic y'know - empathy skills maybe, but not pyschic.

Kinda rude to brush off a perfectly legit and civil guess though *shrugs*

No, i say a perfectly legit guess from someone who enjoys the game and was very tired, should at least be answered and dealt with civilly and in the spirit of the game.

Sorry if this seems outlandish.

Though i dare say you were just smoothing things over Val.

"Hush! I thought I heard voices."

Speaker... mmm, I'll have to think on that one.

Well, that took much less time than I thought it would. Hm. Yes, the quote is correct and the speaker is dear old Frodo.

Butterbeer, it's your turn.

And Rian, I believe a resounding answer to your musings would be:

GOLLUM/SMEAGOL... I tried to get the accent in there, but I haven't yet learned the ways of my laptop.

oh dear ... would someone else like to post it?

... .. i have totally forgotten the really good one that i had ... and i really do not know how much time i will have in the next few days

although i might be able to find some time to pop on, i really cannot guarantee it -

long day tommorow, have five units out, gonna be shattered Sunday - BADLY need a rest, and Bank holiday Monday is THE biggest game in History - for me at least, and certainly the most lucrative Football game EVER, bar none (none even come close)

for the record Midge i thought that was very hard - but i am not very good at the guessing side, bar the odd momment of inspiration - i'm pretty useless on anything other than the speaker usually

How about Val? He got the quote in one!

I really doubt i could guarantee to post 'owt before Tuesday, to be honest.

best, BB

Thanks Val

But our life for months has been one long meddling in the affairs of wizards.
I should like a bit of information as well as danger. I should like a look at that ball.

...wonder who the speaker was?

*legs off*

Quote is correct - we just need the speaker.

Now... who would say a thing like that?
