*does Monty Python holy grail guy voice* How do we KNOW you were not there? Actually, the Revolution could have definitely benefitted from a little c.i.a. assistance.

I would fail out of school and never get to use the internet again.

Though it is weird to see all these people I've never met... and with post counts higher than mine now!

Peace Day

Today, September 21, is the International Day of Peace. That calls for some kind of celebration in the Teacup Café I think! Hopefully in the future, it will be peace day 365 days a year, but a single peace day in September is a good start!

Cheers!

Why is the dove the symbol of peace? why not the pillow? its soft, its white, it has feathers, and you don't have that sharp pointy beak.

peace out people of entmoot , EDDIE has the day off

What? And I got all this false information that it was the Autumnal Equinox (or the day when that usually falls).

me9996, I can only find one message.

I am not a number seven.
I am the personifictation of number seven. It and I are one and the same.

Edit:
EDDIE has the day off for now, but I suggest that next year you call it Intergalactic Peace Day.

Hi, Lotesse! Thank you much!
Well, you remember what you said about my life when I was supposed to go to Mexico?
Well, maybe this week I'll be going to the River. Isn't that place awesome!!!!???? That's my home away from my home away from home!!!
That's where my parents have the land, just up the road. Of course, I would like to go to Barringer or the Grand Canyon, but I am dying to drive the jet ski (pictures coming soon)

Yes, a celebration in the Cafe - can't beLIEVE I overlooked this important idea - thanx, Jonathan! I did my part about peace today already, by backing down in my RPG; my Nazgul character relented and agreed not to murder a reporter. I told her she had to; we've gotta keep peace over there. I just hate the idea of offending and worrying everyone I play with, so "Viv," I says to her, "just COOL it, no murder today," I says, so she has to put her knives away - I am her puppetmaster!! MWA ha ha ha ha ha.... anyway.

Not me rafting or fishing. I'll load my camera on in a little while. I forgot what was on there, since my dad's 3.2 Megapixel is WAY better than my 1.2 Megapixel "brick".

Today is the last day of Summer (ends at 6:23pm) and the first 'evening' of "Autumn"....I've brought good ale and warm soft pretzels (with honey-sweet mustard for dipping)......for me mooter friends & foes, both have at'err.

The pumpkins are being herded to their market corals and the threat of poor attempts at apple pie by un-talented co-workers...yes fall is here

Ciao, EarthBound! I'd love some apple pie and pumpkin pie, to go with my morning cafe au lait. Today is already the end of summer?! My god, this summer flew by.

For lunch at the Teacup today, I'm serving Harvest Squash soup, a lovely golden-orange pureed soup - SO yummy, with french bread crostini and a baby greens salad tossed in a light balsamic vinaigrette, topped with crumbled fresh goat feta and caramelized walnuts. And a glass of Alban Vineyards Viognier, or if you prefer, iced Peach tea. A light early autumn lunch! The pears here are for dessert, unless you'd prefer an apricot tart.
