I'll go ahead and solve your "Decked out..."
That's the five hobbit ponies who escaped from the stables at Bree when the Black Riders came to town - and Barliman Butterbur paid the Hobbits for them. When they fled to Tom Bombadil, and he heard where they came from, he returned them to Butterbur, who ended up with a good bargain for them.
Sharp-ears, Wise-nose, Swish-tail, White-socks and Bumpkin.

These ponies five avoided hell, but they never came to Rivendell.

Thanks for solving the riddle so exactly!

The answer to Coiled is not the palantiri. The solution involves something on a considerably larger scale. (it's bigger than a breadbox. much muCH MUCH BIGGER).

Two unsolved riddles remain

1)
WHAT AM I?
Coiled in a silver chamber
linking dark and light together.

2)
Final Fruit
I’m the last of my kind,
No other will come.
Final fruit of my family tree.

And when I was born
The labor was long,
And all that was dark did flee.

This riddle remains unsolved. So far it has been shown that it is not the sapling that Aragorn found on Mt. Mindolluin. It has also been designated as a Silmarillion based riddle.

Can I get some more guesses for this riddle or is it too challenging for y'all to figure out?

Poor, poor riddlers of Entmoot. You all look like this -->

We riddle-solvers of Entmoot have dwindled. And, in the "watchful peace" of your 2+ years absence, we have relaxed our guard and grown unaccustomed to the degree of difficulty which your riddles present (we've sort of gotten "out of shape"). And now you have returned, more evil than before, with your... hard riddles and your, your... t.. TAUNTING!

In taking a risk that your riddles might totally overwhelm us, we beseech you to dwell yet once more amongst us, teaching us, training us, and hardening us for "riddle-war".

PS: Did you like my recent "Evendim" one? Couldja have solved it? In five seconds flat?

Excellent! You have reasoned it out once more! The sun was the last fruit of Telperion which was coaxed from the poisoned tree after a long labor. Well done, Val.

Dwindled? Y'all didn't post any riddles at all for about a year it seems.

That is what makes riddling so enjoyable.

Okay. But it seems we will have to do some advertising to get folks interested in riddling again.

I was aware of the linguistic background, but I don't think I would have solved it without help.

Remember this Scene?

Middle Earth Meals
Like food from the heavens
this gift was a winner.
Over magic flame burning
They cooked me some dinner.

Rabbits and hares,
(plus a small sheep),
made a comfortable meal
ere I lay down to sleep.

You must name the diner, the chefs, and the setting.

I think the diner was Bilbo, the chefs were the 13 Dwarves, and the setting was the Eryie of the Misty Mountain Eagles.

Also - the Eagles supplied the food 'from the heavens', and Galdalf supplied the magic flame.

You were correct on the meal riddle, Val. Here's a new one for you guys to try:

Ensorcelled and strong,
One-Hundred feet long.
Fire I spurn,
As I cannot burn.

That was quick! Perhaps there is hope for this thread yet.

The answer is not the Balrog. A good guess though.

Thank you and welcome to The Riddling Thread, TSoF! Please give it another go and try again.

Nope.

It is not Glaurung or any other dragon. Thanks for guessing, and keep on trying.

Here's a clue: This is a Third Age Riddle.
