She got some branded hazelnuts out of a little bag and started munching on those while petting Bunicula.

And the band - not wanting to be left behind - got mounted on wild horses, and whilst playing Yankee Doodle Dandee on flutes, they stampeded off in the direction of the Gang.

Sis swivels on her steed and let loose the first volley of Gak, which fills a trumpet, mercifully silencing it. "Anyone with me?" she invites the Questers. "I have plenty of Gak."

"I have no idea what Gak is, but anything to shut them up!" Mari replied. She had gotten pretty tired of having to ask them to stop every time. Didn't they see they were inviting danger?

Sis distributes Gak Wholesale, Retail, and Direct Mail.

Enthusiastic mooters shoot it towards the band, completely destroying their instruments, their solidarity, and their ability to travel the path. Anyone attempting to resurrect them, or anything like them, will be resolutely shunned, and their postings ignored.

All mooters and questers gaze in awe upon the destruction. There is a blessed, and welcome, moment of silence before the utterly routed band members turn and flee back towards the Teacup, there to retrain for useful and productive lives that involve no sound-effects or noise of any kind.

Nautipus comes quickly up the trail behind the group. "Hey guys, I was following a ways back and thought I heard trumpets, so I---What happened here?!" He looks around at all the Questers holding handfuls of Gak, and some neglected rapiers and trumpets lying about. They turn and look at him.
He stares back. There is an awkward silence. "Please dont...."

After the resolute defeat of the TCB by the Questers all was finally quiet and the Gang set about leaving the battlefield.

Sis in the lead and the rest of the Gang following, they were off again.
