I remember there was said something about what happened in Isengard after the war. I believe it was said in appendices somewhere.
It was something about Isengard going under Aragorn's administration. I don't remember whether the ents were mentioned. (Probably not though, otherwise you guys had already noticed that )

Actually it was in Rotk and all it said was that Aragorn gave the lands around Isengard to the ents to plant trees and live there.
I think that they eventually died though they probably outlived Aragorn and his son and his son's sons.

I agree with Nimphredil. Although I wish Tolkien had put somewhere something about Ents. But I like to think that they found their Entwives and lived happily ever after.
