Why I want to be an elf
By Anduril.

I want to be an elf because elfs are nice. I like elves Elvses are cool. They live long yippee And some of them are really strong. and if I was an elf I would allow Legolas to make a move on me and then hit him haha. Being a straight elf I would smack him twice. The moral of the story is that elvses are really cool! And also fast and strong.

With all the people wanting to be elves, I'd rather be a man who emits female-elf attracting pheromones.

I can then command an amazon elf army worthy of the race of men. They will all give their immortality up for me. My short life will be sweet and glorious and may not be appropriate for this forum. All the songs until the end of time in the undying lands will be about me because elves will be making them. Male elves will despair! Mwahahahahah.

And then song will become legend but legend will NOT become myth...

There are many reason for my wanting to be an elf:
1) Bows and arrows are awesome, and I'm practicing using one... except, its...er... plastic and suction cup ended. I'm frusrated: Legolas shot that Orc in the forehead from like a mile away, and I can't shoot a sticky note from like ten feet away...
2) the language
3) I love forest, plants, and animals soooo much. AAA! I want to live in a forest alone among a pack of wolves *sighs* DOes anyone else think that would be fun or is it just me?

NOOOOOOOO! Don't turn into the evil wolfkiller people. Wolves aren't bad! Don't kill them. I still want to live among them even if they are 200ib carnivores. I think if you bond with them or something cheezy like that, they won't eat you. OMEGOSH! I'm starting to sound like those anti-wolf people. THERE IS NO HEALTHY WOLF THAT HAS EVER EATEN A PERSON OR ATTACKED (i think)

I would like to be an elf because they seem to have great depth. They experience the world more vividly, and have a sort of understanding and just, this remarkable depth I would like to achieve. They are not as much a part of this world as Humankind, they are sort of in to a deeper world... philosophical and spiritual... a much richer world... and they are here to be spectators in a world inherited by shallow mortals who have not truly experienced the world in the same way the elves have. It's hard to explain but, who wouldn't want that!

Because quite obviously, elves are the coolest race in ME, or planet Earth, as it is!! Besides, when you're an elf, you can seperate yourself from the ugly world around you and be different, and take comfort in the fact that it wasn't you who ruined the Earth!! And I think elves expirience the world differently than mortal folk. They percieve the world and Time on a different level. Ain't they cool?

I wouldn't want to be an Elf. I wouldn't want to be immortal, though I would love to live in Lothlorien for some strange reason. If I could pick, I would want to be a Hobbit. They're the best. Elf boys look like girls. Just my personel observation. Except of course Haldir.
