Things I GOT for Christmas!!
A really nice LotR Tolkien encyclopedia with painted illustrations and sketches. There are pictures of Arda in all the ages. I LOVE it!!!!!
FotR for pc. I know some people say its rubbish but I like it so far! I keep getting killed by Nazgúl's. A new version of the Silmarillion!! The one I have got by brother bought the day it came out. It is quite tattered and looks really old so my parents bought me a new one of my own!!! Loads and Loads of posters!!! |

I just brought a copy of The Silmarillion. It has a really pretty cover, all black, but with a picture by Tolkien on the front. The picture is round, with different types of flowers. I hope I have enough time to read it.

Ooooh I have that too! It's lovely isn't it!
I've got the same sort of cover for my new copy of The Hobbit but it has a red circle in the centre! My old copy of the Hobbit is really old it was my Grandma's and was falling to pieces! I've still got it though |

I got the DVD gift-set, the bus shelter poster and an Aragorn bobblehead. Whee.
And on an unrelated note, a bean bag chair so I can cozy up and watch the 6 hours + of movie and bonus features.

I didn't get any LotR stuff technically but I did get to go see the movie on Christmas and I didn't have to pay for myself so I guess that counts.

That's sad..... did you ask for any? I made sure to mention all of the lotr stuff I wanted at every opurtunity I got... I also made sure my parents knew about my obsession with lotr, so they could tell relatives who don't know me what kind of stuff to get me....
MOM: What do want in your lunch today? ME: Lembas bread! One small bite is enough to fill the stomach of a growing girl!

I play it with one of my best friends! but we always get really frustrated with each other and knock down all of the peices if one of us is in check!

I asked for Legolas, but I didn't get him . But I did get TTT calendar and a poster of Gandalf and a poster of Aragorn, Legolas, and Gimli and TTT soundtrack, and a Treebeard replica thing. I don't know how to describe it. It's just....Treebeard!

Cool! I love treebeard! (But not in the movie... he was too hasty for my liking!)
