You know what surprised me: I really like Kylie Manogue (?sp?). She's so cool! I hate her music and isn't really that hot, but I think she rocks. It's shick and twisted, I know.

I've just discovered another artist I've gone crazy over.

Norah Jones. Her voice is amazing, and I love all of the songs on her CD, especially "Painter Song" and "Seven Years".

Tsk tsk. You guys are supposed to be posting links to these bands as well, so it doesn't just become another polling thread.

Another Dashboard Confessional fan? YAY! ::boing::

BoP, Dashboard Confessional is a solo artist, sometimes accompanied by a woman from another band (can't remember her name or the band's).

Where's the concert? I want to go and sing along

I only 'discovered' Dashboard Confessional a few days ago, because my roommate is a fan, and there will be a concert sometime in November. I don't really know anything about them-er, him, just been listening to the music... I think I'll go back to that website then!

Umm, yeah, a few years ago, before I discovered the Beatles I was really into them. I bought all thier CD's and some videos. I guess I stll have a soft spot for them. I just played thier greatest hits CD and some of the songs are pretty good. I confess I have never looked them up on the internet, but to please BoP I will supply a website: http://www.takethat.org

While watching Much Music today I came across another band that I could easily become obsessed with.

Boxcar Racer...ahhh!

Probably my favorite band. Stunt was brilliant.

Sugar Ray
I love the 14:59 album.

System of a Down
I haven't really heard much of their old stuff, but I really like Toxicity.

I'll probably think of more bands I like later.

i dont know why but i havnt really liked any music in the past 7-ish years. maybe because it has all been crap (chilli peppers exception). my favorites are Bob Marley and Jimmy Barnes/Cold Chisel and Queen. fav Chisel song is Forever Now if you have seen Chopper it is in that.
i cant be bothered to put an address on for chisel or Queen but a good Marley one is http://www.thirdfield.com
