just curious about what answer this stupid question will generate

could tom be Eru taking vacation ???

can someone quote me the folowing phrase gandalf told the hobbits

something like

"he was the first and he will be the last... +++ he'd be the worst guardian for the ring wouldn't want it unless everyone on EA pleading him to take it then would probably drop it somewere"

it's not exactly like that but i have no book available right now

Eru was definitively the first and will most likely be the last man standing.

Eru create the univers by signing (well directing a group of signer) and Tom's power seem to be his songs.

the ring has no effect on Tom it would have effect on any Maia since it's an item forged by one of them but Eru is most likely above such thing

could it be that he start the song then find a good place to listen to it ???

just a silly possibility

Tolkien specifically denies that Tom is God in a letter, it's a common misconception.
