I loved this movie. Those Coen Brothers are geniuses.
I didn't even realize it was based on the Odyssey until the second time I watched it. That made it even better, because then I could watch and see that the one-eyed Bible salesman was the Cyclops, the three women were Sirens, and I even caught the main character's name -- Ulysses (Roman name for Odysseus). I love movies like that where you can watch them more than once and they get better the more you watch them. |

and it was funny! specially when DD did a moonie! anyway, maybe ill give 'o brother go die now' another chance. you never know, it might actually keep me awake this time.
