Meh, I get to spend it with my cousins and uncle out in the wild. Something I haven't done in a long time. So, unlike the usual, this christmas wont suck.

I got my shopping done today!
And all at one place... the bookstore!!! I got my oldest sister The Children of Hurin, my second sister a compilation of short sci-fi stories, I got my mom the Michael Buble holiday CD (since she and I are both nuts about him), and I got my dad a pocket-sized book of musical terms/composers and a book/cd on how to sing. I got my dad two things because at Christmas he always acts like he's just going through the rigamarole, and because he usually only gets a couple of gifts... and we usually wimp out and have to get him office supplies because he likes those and because it's IMPOSSIBLE to find anything meaningful for him. But this year I lucked out and found two things... the musical dictionary is to go in his music bag. That way during choir when they get new music, he can look up the composer and see when they lived, the style of music they wrote, and it gives a little comment on what their 'best known' work is. He can also look up any 'weird' terms he comes across. The singing book is because he likes reading how to books for things because it makes him feel proficient  . I also hope to give him some more voice lessons, and I really, really liked the exercises the book presented... soooo he can practice along with the CD between our lessons, and then I can use those same exercises with him during our lessons.I am soooo happy to have my shopping done. I hope everyone likes what I got them. O.o Incase they didn't, I got gift receipts for my sisters' books. |

You know, this year I am going to receive my first real Santa-present ever! But we don't have a tree to put it under. My mum refused to allow me to set it up because it takes up too much space she said.  It should be a crime >_<

IT'S CHRISTMAS EVE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! AAAAAAAAAAAAAH!!!!!!!!
My sister got me a present and apparently it's something she's already told me about, but I forgot what it was and now she wont tell me. >.< I'm excited! I love Christmas time, and tomorrow is Christmas day. I'm gonna be singing tonight from 6:30 till 12:30 a.m., so I will definitely get my fill of Christmas Carols . |
