As a childhood devotee of the Jennings books, my vocabulary was enriched by such gems as:

Fossilised fish hooks!

Crystalised cheesestraws!

Petrified paintpots!

And things of that nature.

Has blown himself to pieces. Still the sea,
Consolingly disastrous, will return
While the strange starfish, hugely magnified,
Waits in the jewelled basin of a pool.

I usually say The fouth letter - the first letter - the thirteenth letter followed by the fourteenth one but writing it here might be seemed inappropriate or what say ye?

uhhh damn is NOT blocked here.

Also - this board is "PG-13" Damn is in even PG movies - maybe even G.

Of course, there are always many many curse words used in PG-13 movies that are not allowed on the moot.

I got one from the camel one.
May the camels of Far Harad devour your toe.
Not a very good one, but that's all I could think of.

May all your sons be bishops.

Has no-one here heard of Roger's Profanisaurus? If not, I strongly recommend typing those words into a well-known search engine and seeing how long you can keep a straight face.

Well, I don't know where to put this, but I got a new word for "cool"
It is: "Module."
Don't ask me where I got that. I know, but I wouldn't tell you!

ROFLMAO!! The frontier gibberish in that movie cracks me up every single time.

Watch A Cristmas Story. When Ralphie's old man is beating the furnace back into working condition, he's hollering profanities at it like a madman, and one of the phrases he yells at it is "platapus nut-grabber!" That first caught my ear on about the sixth time I watched the movie, and I laughed pretty hard.

Ah, is it just in NJ that people use freaking/friggin in pace of the dreaded F-word?
