Re: ...
i've always been partial to the Y-Wing. it's a bomber/heavy assault fighter, and even though it's slow and not maneuverable, it takes a hell of a lot of punishment. it's sort of a workhorse, not flashy or quick but it gets the job done.
btw, i'm a big fan of X-Wing, Tie Fighter and all those sorts of games.. so i know quite a bit about these fighters |

How similar is the X-Wing computer game to the Tie Fighter one?

Pretty similar according to hubby, who has played both. I haven't, so can't comment on specifics.
I liked the A-wing and the X-wing. |

Re: favourite fighter
This is to Film Hobbit (if he's still around):
This is an E-Wing. Just looks like an X-Wing with two of the wings taken out and the other two straightened out and bent down at the ends... D'OH!! It didn't show up!! Well, go to BoShek's Flying Circus (members.tripod.com/~BoShek_2/index.html) to see it--he has some good pics of almost ALL the alliance fighters! |
