Nazgul #2 would make the Mouth of Sauron Nazgul #10 with his Morgul knife.
Morgoth vs Manwe

Morgoth would easily kick the snot out of Manwe just because evil beings are usually stronger one on one but good wins because it is craftier but one on one goes to Morgoth

Aragorn vs Elendil both using the same sword (Narsil/Anduril). I'd go with Aragorn because he was raised by the elves so is fleeter of foot and more agile.

I choose Aragorn on a straight battle because Elendil like most Numenoreans was a shipman. In ME a Shipking. Aragorn was a Ranger, and fighter, a Warrior! and Anduril is slightly cooler than Narsil!
Elrond v. Gil-Galad the winner of that v. Galadriel!? or a tag tem sorta thing between Sam and Frodo v. Merry and Pippen?

I'd say Gil-galad would beat Elrond and Galadriel and Merry and Pippin would beat Frodo and Sam in the tag team.

Gil-Galad beats Galadriel? I would think gil-Galad would take Elrond yet Galadriel would take Gil-Galad. She fought along side(sorta), and against(sorta), with FĂ«anor in the return of the Noldor to Middle-Earth.

It never says she fought it just says that she accompanied him to Middle-Earth.

Pre-War of the Ring Sam versus Ted Sandyman. They sound like a pair of lifelong rivals.
