Well I don't mind it if it's for medical reasons, or something that would boost your self-esteem, like a tummmy tuck for a woman who's had 3 C-sections (saw that on A Personal Story on TLC once) or something small like that. But to go all out and spend tons of money and do something major is a bit much, and it usually ends up looking fake anyway. And breast implants? Please, get over it! Trying to showing off what you have is raunchy to me, and I'm gonna make sure that the one person who is gonna see that much of me likes me for who I am, not for how big of a chest I have!

Nah im not that drastic plus i dont need them. But i would consider liposuction a little, the only thing holding me back is an episode of x files when an evil doctor lipo'd her till she died. *shudders*

Plastic surgery is a good thing. It can make a big difference to peoples lives. The thing is about people is we are pathetic in many ways. I mean i worry what my breath smells like and do i have any hair on my back (i dont by the way). But women essepcially worry about things like this. Mainly due to the way we judge women i am sad to say. Women are judged a lot on aperance. And they also are more aware of self image.
Anyway my mum was allways very self consious of her Bust or as she said 'total inexistance of' apprentally my sister eat it when she did breast feeding . Anyway she managed to have a boob job a few years back and shes much happier. she didnt get much done just a bit of lift oh i dont wanna go fully into details. She is more confident and asertive. My dads also happier too. So plastic surgery can really help some people.

After 4 1/2 off topic posts, I guess I missed that part. Sorry.
Anyway, carry on about the plastic surgery and everything...

I'm pretty much against it. yeah, I don't like the way I look sometimes, and I'm less than (ahem) well-endowed, but my body is me. I understand why some people may want to get reconstructive surgery after something, and stuff like breast reduction makes sense to me, but injecting plastic and silicon and everything just to make people like you on the outside? We aren't barbie dolls!

I, like BoP, enjoy being less than well endowed. I don't care that other people have it done, but I would hate having 2 big melons in my way all the time. As long as one has enough to fill a bra, not much more is really needed.

I think I could go for liposuction one day - except I saw how they pump the fat out of you and it was gross!
I saw on this show that breast reduction is ahead of breast enlargement. So more women want their breast size reduced - you wouldn't of thought that. Anyway, I'm happy with my situation. I think plastic surgery is OK if your problem disrupts your everyday life or you really are depressed about yourself. But myself, I really don't care that much to go and get an operation and fork out all that money. I guess I'm lucky I don't have any serious disfigurements. Quote:

Being not so well endowed is nice, usually. No back stress! And I can fit into boys t-shirts. Some of 'em are neat!
