Entmoot gathering for the movies?

Nah, opening day is nuts... we'll probably do it Christmas week when a lot of people are off from school.

When we have more than a vague idea of this I guess we could have people who are legitimately interested in it send me their addresses so I could mail out a permission slip...

I think that would be a good idea. And about being paranoid, I don't see how we could be anything but careful. It is always better to be safe than sorry.

Christmas break sounds good to me, perhaps on a weekend.

I'm having enough trouble convincing my parents to let me fly to his place this summer, let alone head down to the States to hang out with a great bunch of people that I have unfortunately never met... *sigh*

Anyway, Christmas break seems like a good idea. How does the weekend December 28-30th sound? (Wow, that would end one day before my birthday) That wouldn't conflict with any Christmas or New Year's obligations, and there's no school.

I'd love to come. Costs I imagine would be horrible, even if I was allowed to, however. I live in Southern Cali..

We can fix that somehow! My mom's even willing to talk to other parents about how the Milder's are cool and not dangerious stalkers (or something like that )

Of course, the money problem increases to compensate, but that can be dealt with.

I am seriously interested in this, as I would get to see the movie with serious Tolkien fans, and I would get to meet a lot of you...

But I say we need sign-ups....since there are 700+ members of this board. It is possible all 700+ of us show up, but that is very unlikely...I say maybe 10% would be able to make it.

Also, how much is a plane ticket from Indianapolis to Boston (or Jersey or whatever=))?
