I've made all perfect scores on the code (except for one) so far. But it's the designs that I mess up on. I got 3-100's, 2-97.5's, 1-99, 1-99.5, and 1-96.5. Plus my tests haven't been that great: 95% and an 80.5%. So obviously, that's my weak spot there.
I have a 97.8157895% in the class. But I don't want to count my chickens before they hatch. I have one more project and the final exam next week.

You really should be happy with your grades. It's hard to imagine how you can claim a test that is 95% or even an 80% as not that great. Tests aren't everything.

I finally faced the big pile of boring paperwork that needed to be done. (Things like bank statements and bills - yeeeurk!)

It still isn't all done - but at least it's in two neat piles now ...

It's the test that was an 80% that makes me worry. Even with the other test being an 'A', what if my final exam is low and I mess up on the last project, and I bring my grade down? That's why I said, not to count my chickens before they're hatched.

Well - I was voted onto the Board of Directors for the Princeton Battlefield Area Preservation Society tonight.

The Battle of Princeton took place after Washington crossed the Delaware and the Battle of Trenton and drove the British from West Jersey. It was one of the key battles of the Revolution and is part of the period known as the "Ten Crucial Days". Without these victories, the revolutionary army would have collapsed in the winter of 1776/1777. The Battle of Princeton is also the battle where the first US Marine was killed.

I got the grade I needed (higher than a B+) to get into my post-graduate course. To put this into perspective, they NEVER let people into the post-graduate papers without at least completing the major first, but they're letting me in because of my grades. Yay!

Thank you, BOP. You beat me to the punchline. Though perhaps I might have done it without the profanity. Appreciation still stands.

Gimli, I would like to ask you why you feel that you may use me as a derogatory term. You're not the only person to call me stupid. Why is it that people feel it is acceptable to run a characteristic of my life through the mud? Yes, I'm gay. No, I have nothing to do with your basketball tournament getting rigged. If you're upset, why, I offer my sympathies. It's harder, however, to do that if you're insulting me. I'm curious to see why you feel you have that liberty.
If you have different opinions than myself on homosexuality, fine. Please, however, be aware that some people may be upset by your comments as well. Further debates my continue in the "gays, lesbians, bisexuals" thread.
Thank you.

Back to accomplishments . . .
I'm trying to write a novel. Does that count?

Thanks Rian and Ruinel and congrats BoP - that's a really HUGE accomplishment.
