Christopher Lee! As Dracula, Scaramonga, Saruman, Lord Summerisle

Vincent Price in the Mask of the Red Death

But Dennis Hopper (Frank) in Blue Velvet was a really nasty piece of work.

Hugo Weaving in the Matrix, don't remember his character's name.
He didn't have a name. He was just an Agent -- a Mr. Smith, if you like.

Doom, Christopher Lloyd's character in Who Framed Roger Rabbit used to really freak me out, especially at the end when he starts freaking out with scary eyes & everything.

Also, I seem to have hinted at a few villains that weren't in any movies in a previous post. As far as the Batman movies go, I love all the villains except Mr. Freeze in the last one. I don't know why, but a bulky Arnold doesn't seem like a good Mr. Freeze to me.

I'll try to name the actors who played my fav. baddies but I'm not good with Actors and the like.
Favorite FAVORITE!
Christopher Lee as Saruman=The voice, everythin' was TOO cool NOT to like
Sala Baker as Sauron=Ok even though the armor made him look tubby Sauron is still the best bad guy ever
Guy Pearce in The Count of Monte Cristo=Liked the snobby voice and the lordly attitude
Ok I guess
Darth Maul=Liked the fighting and makeup
Andy Serkis as Gollum=His voice rocks
EEEWWWW
Einon from Dragonheart=He spat too much. And you could tell he was evil from the beginning even though you were supposed to be in suspense.
Cheers,
Sam

I like Hannibal Lecter from "Silence of the Lambs", "Hannibal", and the just released "Red Dragon". The villain with class, intelligence, and a good sense of humor.

So he likes serving people as entrees. He's just a little eccentric in his tastes. Maybe he was giving up the poor defenseless cattle, piggies, and chickens.

Arathorn, I have to agree with you about Hannibal Lector, one of the best.

Norman Bates (an' Mother ) in Psycho.

Decon Frost in Blade (yeah I am a Blade fan)

Freddy Krueger in Nightmare on Elm street

Pennywise, IT~!

Tony Montana, Scarface

Castor Troy, Face-off (peaches! Er, I mean, cheers!)

Jack Torrance, The Shining

And Finally, the ALIENS in the aliens series....

Yes, I always root for the villian, I was rootin' for the Nazgul and Sauron.

The Orcs are some fo the best evil creatures too.

Okay. I'm done.

Any villain with enormus mind-control powers, also pretty much any type of Soul-Eater. The villains that have always scared me most were the kind that could attack your heart, your mind, your very soul. I know I'm not being specific here, I can't think of anyone specific at the moment.

Hmmm, specifics ... of course Sauron can count now. He'd be VERY high on the list. And Voldie -- I mean Voldemort -- basically had some mind control powers, Diana and the rest of the Visitors from V (has anyone seen that?)

I have always thought that Malificent from Disney's Sleeping Beauty was the best villain. The person that did her voice was so great - it seems soft and caring - yet underneath it's hard and cold.

I love how she says something like "Oh I wasn't invited, oh dear." Then acts like she's not offended at all - but then puts a curse on Princess Aurora. She's the nice on the surface - but evil underneath type of villain. My favorite kind.

I guess that's why Dracula is also my other favorite. The person no one expects to be evil.

I think that Christopher Lee is a good villain, no matter what film he is in.
I love the villains in films, they are alway much more interesting than the hero.

I think the Green Goblin was a better villain than Doc Ock. Willem Dafoe is good at playing evil in movies.

Darth Vader and Hannibal were brilliant, of course. The...thing in The Thing was great. But the scariest (if these can be called villains) were probably the drugs in Requiem for a Dream and the hutu-leader in Hotel Rwanda. Real life villains usually beat the **** out of fantastic ones...

Oh, and lots of the nazis in Indiana Jones were pretty cool.

Some of my favorites:

The nothing- The Neverending Story

Hans- Die Hard

The ocean- Finding Nemo

(why I'm thinking Disney)

Scar- The Lion King......I like intelligent bad guys

Evil Ash- The Army of Darkness "I'll ruin those good looks."

Jack- Lord of the Flies...poor Piggy

These are just a few I like and can think or right now, and of coarse the Vaders and the Lecters were great.

Vader of course

the Black riders and the Witch King were awesome, and then those HP dementor things I think were like exact copies of the Black riders crossed with casper the ghost the way they floated around but I digress.

Grievous was a pretty cool villain, and Maul was cool just didn't last long.

Liam neeson's character in Batman Begins was a really complex villain probably one of my favorites.
