I can't believe I forgot to add PotC and LotR. As well as those I'd have to say: The Night Before Christmas. I love it, and like The Blues Brothers I haven't seen it for ages. I'll have to borrow it off my friend, or better yet buy it.

Ah but you see I don't like the LotR's movies because they're LotR. I don't like the changes they've made from the books. But as a normal fantasy film it's pretty good - I just love the sets and music as well.

It will depend much of the mood I’m in,
Bladerunner is the one I would like to see now.

There are actually some movies which need to be seen more then once, and can get even better, to understand plot points and/or character motivations. A good example is Groundhog Day!
Others include Godfather I and II (not III), Death on the Nile, Murder on the Orient Express, Bladerunner, Goodfellas, and the remake of Out of the Past (Against All Odds). Some movies that are just entertaining to rewatch include: A Fish Called Wanda The Inlaws (the original with Peter Falk, not the unamusing remake). Doctor Strangelove Life of Brian The President's Analyst The Flight of the Phoenix and...............The Vikings!!! Hail Ragnar! Hail Ainar!
