That will be the last time I need to introduce my post with 'At the camp of the raft-elves'. Very soon now we'll all be together.
Edit: I'd just like to point out that I played Sirandion without checking with Eärniel for two reasons: 1 - he seems to be introduced just as a minor character, not as someone she has fleshed out extensively 2 - what I made him do was nothing major or controversial As I'm new to this RPG and you don't know me as an RPer yet, I wanted to assure you that I would not play your other characters without permission.

No worries for using Sirandion a little, Varna.
I just realised something slightly problematic with the presence of the wine. Sirandion and his Elves are travelling right now from Greenwood to Dorwinion. (Otherwise they wouldn't be able to ferry us to the Carnen river.) So they can't be shipping wine at the moment since that comes from Dorwinion, they're probably shipping the goods the wine is traded for. So those assuming large quantities of wine will be disappointed. (Although I reckon the Elves will have made sure they have a private supply, purely for medical reasons of course, for those cold nights at the Celduin. )

Unless they met up with a second group, going the other way? If not, I'll edit. And the thirsty adventurers shouldn't expect too much of the wine anyway - it's going to Thranduil, right? He won't be pleased if too much of it has disappeared en route (And yes, of course they would have their own supply - for medical reasons - if someone looked like they might be catching a cold ... )

Sure, we can easily go with a second group present that is going to Thranduil.
I really should have thought about it sooner.

I want to get back into this, but I'm a little lost. Can someone give me a brief summary?

... I don't remember where you left off.
Basically, all summer, we hung around Dol Guldur (it was boring). You knew about the addition of Aerin and the blinding of Quickleaf... Then we (FINALLY) left Dol Guldur and went a-travelling (I should mention that Radagast went ahead, leaving a trail for all of us to follow) to a little village just east of Greenwood. There Aerin ran into a Rider of the Mark (Magor) who was selling horses, bought one. He followed her into a pub, where everyone else (minus Ents, Elyssa, and Radagast) got into a bar fight because of some guys thinking Hedrim was cheating (*shock!*). A bang on the head brought Quickleaf's eyesight back during the fight (good thing too, he was trying to fight without it!). Aerin joined in the last bit to get Magor out of the bar, then everyone fled from the angry-villager-mob that hated us for winning a bar fight in THEIR pub. We camped out for only one day, in which it came out that Aelfwine and Magor had been friends in their youth and Magor, after being interrogated by Haldis, was allowed to join the group. Aerin and Nami are better friends... Quickleaf ran across an Ent-corpse (sort of weird idea... huh?).. Magor took control and actually got the troupe moving in an hour instead of the three days it takes us to pack and mount the horses. We're just approaching the river, where we can hear the elves singing. Little do we know that they're about to take us on the next part of our journey. Did I leave anything out? Edit: If I forgot something that I didn't realize was important, please add it.

Anyway, any possibility of running into Wainriders and all that? I need to test my sword out again. I found a good name for my sword - The Crissaegrim. In Castlevania: Symphony of the Night, it's probably the most powerful weapon in the game. If I level up my character enough I could be able to wield its more...destructive...qualities. LoL. Either that or I'll use it in that bar fight everyone seems to want to have LoL. I'll be working a lot over the next few weeks. Currently drinking my third cup of coffee just to get me up before another day of work, but I don't mind it. It's mostly teaching newbies how to do things related to computer networks, well that's the way it's been the past week. So anyway, not sure about how much I'll get to be on, but I'll try to make a post quite soon, maybe something longer than two sentences long.

Crissaegrim? Isn't that the home of the Eagles in the first age? I think it was.

Ingwe, we've already had the bar fight. Sorry that you missed it!
*It probably wouldn't take a whole lot to get everyone here all riled up for another, though... just let everyone's injuries heal! I've recently figured out that I've got self-esteem issues when it comes to my personality. Took me about ten years to realize it. That used to make me worry about what I posted, but I figured out this: If you post something, a) people will like it and talk about it b) people won't like it and will ignore it c) people may get offended and confront you, but as long as you didn't intend to offend and can apologize, that's okay. If you intended to offend, that could be kind of... malicious... So basically, there's not really anything TOO bad that could happen from posting an idea. Everyone here is really good about hearing ideas, actually... On another note: You hear that, everyone?? NO KILLING NAMI!

Don't worry Fay, Ellysa won't let anything happen to Nami. She likes her.

It's okay, CH. You were just putting Nami through her annual flammibility test paces. Everyone had to take it.
And Fay, when you come back, just ignore the new and unrecognized bruises and scrapes. Nami will still be alive. Whoa... Mari! Nami really likes Ellysa!! I'm sure we could find a random band of brigands and also a reason to attack them! Don't worry, Ingwe, we'll find a use for Crissaegrim.

Hehe, well, Ellysa is her younger sister to her. And I think it is vice versa, though Ellysa is a bit of the oblivious kind.

So after Earn's post about the rafts carrying horses and people, I wanted to make Aerin say, "SWEEET!"
I think that would have been out of character, though.
