I'LL STEER!

Not that I"m tired of polishing thingies... no. I love my job. It's just...

I was driving today. It's fun.

Anyway, can I steer?

Do we even need someone actually steering right now? Didn't we just drop anchor?

Naah, I don't think we'll let Bob take the steering wheel just yet. For all we knows she'll take us to Kiacca before we know it.

Luthien can take over the wheel again if need be, I believe it was her job in the first place.

Sarin was a 'public' character in the last game, just like Ale-nail and Flannery. We ditched Ale-nail in the beginning of this game and kept Flannery. But we..eh... slightly forgot about Sarin because he didn't have a large role in the last game finale. That's why he isn't in the crew list on the first page either. But EXK and I thought we could bring him back in the game. He has been mentioned a few times in the game, though...somewhere.

We don't need someone right now. Oh yeah. But in the future Luthien or any one person can't steer all the time.

The Meeps and the Moots on Sarin Isle
Agreed to have a battle
For though they'd been sleeping a great long while
They were awoken with a rattle
For unknowingly the crew of the Nal
Had tried to cut them down
So instead of having a newfound pal
they smashed it to the ground

Gee I basicly the only one left on the ship here.

I mean I know I am the second mate and all but this is twice were I am left on the ship while a lot of the main or more active characters go onto the island where the plot is moved and all the action takes place. I really don't want to be left on the Nal while all the action is on the island. Not very appealing. I can't really think of anything good right now to just happen on the ship. Especially if Koroush decides to take even mroe characters off the ship to look for wood.

I don't mean to sound childish but if you notice the only charcters who will be left on the ship are the ones who barely post anymore or not that much in the first place.

(I fellwithout internet so I'm currently using upsomebody else's internet limits to post)

Sorry Sicirus, it's true that I've picked some of the more active characters to take to the island, and that I left you 'in charge' on the Nal but it really was not my intention to leave you behind like that.

Bear with us for this last time. Next time we'll swich and you get to go explore and I'll stay and guard the ship (lord knows I've been doing that a lot myself in the last game )

Except for the 6 that rowed to the island now, the rest of the crew will likely remain aboard with you until the away party returns, it wouldbe dangerous leavingthe ship entirely unguarded just yet. So you aren't entirely left alone, even if it's a small confort.

Fine but NO staying for a long time and no talking to strangers to hear me?
Or else you will be put in the corner for the rest of the night and no desert!

Well I think Koroush is going to go to the island in a different boat, with possibly the Count and I. (He does need to find some quality wood and whatnot.)

I'll say I'm going over to help him lower the boat, and either someone can post that we're away, or someone can run over and say, hey, stay on the ship.

If you're referring to Sicirus' post at the top of the page, I parked the Nal, not one of the boats. Except... yeah... I was supposed to go to the island.

Looks like The Last Sane Person and I might have to edit...

*rereads*

Okay... I misunderstood Eärniel's post. The Count, Koroush and I are among the original six people that went to the island.

Edit away mateys!

as per earniel's post

besides Eärniel she would also take Sarin with her since he was the only one who had been on this island before. The new carpenter Koroush would be going too, as well as Nurvingiel and Faligorn.*

I re-wrote my post, thanks though Chrys.

My new and improved post takes the first and last paragraphs of Last Sane Person's post because they totally work on the island.

I am heartily confused now though, I'm going to bed.

Oh yeah, what's the flora and fauna of the island like? That we can see anyway...

You can't threaten me, I outrank you. And I think I'll live without a large plain of sands for now.

Anyway, you know what? As soon as EXK posted her plotty post, and if it's story wise possible, Eärniel will come back to releave you and you can go galevanting on the island instead. With the way things have been going lately, I bet I can use a breather from the Entmoot anyway.

pst, it's "dessert"

I just got this image of you putting Earniel into the corner of a desert when she is being punished.

"Bad sea elf! No water for you!"

anyway, time for some chaos.

The point of leaving you in charge was so we could scout the island. Once that is done and deemed safe the Nal is going to be brought in and everyone will be on the island. I posted this:

The next day there will be an expedition, and I'll let you know who goes on it once we're all on the beach.
which if you read it you'd see I said everyone was going to be on the island in the end, you just need a scout first. The actual action will happen when we're all there. Of course if you think we should leave the ship unattended then next time we will.
