*squeee* Sure, katya! Actually, all this let's-print-stuff came to me cuz I decided to read the Tengwar thread properly - but of course got distracted by the links, finding one I loved but forgot the name and hated myself for that... So right now I'm printing them out, to prevent losing it again.
Pytt, in that case, a cuppa white tea for you Never tasted it myself; but must be good.

That would be me, I think... Yes, I'll have some tea (don't like it in real life but it's great here). Like you I've got a cold and am trying to keep warm...

I know; I've been perusing the internet abbreviations sites too, this morning, after Rian suggested it here. Hey, don't feel bad, Farimir, man when I first came to Entmoot I was totally new to online interactive forums and communicating like this online. I was a total newbie, in efvery sense of the word. I had no idea what IMHO meant, or LMAO, stuff like that. I used to try and guess. It became a fun private game for me, seeing if I could figure out what the abbreviations were without having to ask! The hardest one was ROTFLMAO. Rolling on the floor, laughing my ass off!

You're welcome, Faramir
Yes, there's a lot! I'd say here, we mostly use what Lotesse and I already said, plus: IMHO - in my humble opinion (variation of IMO) IIRC - if I recall correctly LOL - laughing out loud it IS fun trying to figure them out, IMHO You can usually do it because of the context involved. IIRC took me a long time but I finally got it, because people would always use it and then refer to something that had happened in the past. I can't think of any more offhand - I don't think we use a ton of them here, but we definitely use a few.
