Indeed. Though I'm more Human than I am Ent. Just trim the overly unruly bits and all is well for a few more weeks, till it needs to be trimmed again. Ents do need these little "hair cuts" administered now and then, to keep them from being too hasty.

Hector: Absolutely.
Now, as a candidate for President, what kind of people do you think will vote for you?

FF: Hector, I've always believed that a policy of honesty and openness is what people want, and that's what I want, and that's what I'll give.

HectorWhat is wrong with Entmoot that needs to be fixed?

FF: I think that some changes in the look of the site would be good. Nothing major, I love armpit Fangorn and the colours…but perhaps some modifications to modernize the look a bit. Perhaps some stuff could be added to the Tolkientrail to attract users. I really believe that the Entmoot can rise again to its former glory…its in a slump right now, we all need to tell our friends, and perhaps come up with some fun new discussion topics.

Hector: Four years of MootCare has resulted in dramatic rise of people with out healthcare or insurance, what is your solution to this problem?

FF: Perhaps we could pursue the work that the Entwives so loved and work some Gardens as well as our woods, and sell produce!

Hector: Our enemies abroad have expressed hopes of trade, yet they continually threaten us. What do you say to those countries like Mirkwood that think they can get what they want from us and at the same time insult us?

FF: I think Teddy Roosevelt said it best; “Speak Softly and carry a big stick.”…if I may modify, “Speak softly AND slowly, and show them your big branch.” There is no reason we can be bullied by anyone. Just throw a comment or two about Saruman and Isengard casually into conversation, that’ll keep them thinking.

Hector: And I absolutely agree with you on that. Finrod, thank you for coming...*shakes hands*

But what does that have to do with our Entmoot presidential elections? Aside from Finrod being absentee?
