Just have to find a nice smiley.

There are some good sites, such as spacespider.

You copy the URL for your smiley (if necessary, right-click and go to properties), then click on the IMG box over the post box, and paste the URL in.

Oh, and you have to make sure that "Automatically parse URLs" below the box is unchecked.

Hey, hey, I had it pretty well figured out! Just didn't know about the parse bit.

And also, I was trying it in forums outside of GM; I think it's virtually the only one that it works in....
