Okay, now I'm officially confused. First Human destroys the ship, then she was halicinating, now Sicirus claims to have destroyed the Nal as well. I can't follow anymore. Doesn't anyone know we still kind of need the ship to be pirates? I give up. I think it's best I won't be posting on the game thread again until I can make sense of what's going on.

Okay, guys, what is going on? In absence of the captain I say this as a reminder to you all:

Sicirus - It's important you read the thread to know what's going on, and we specifically stated that only the people who had left already went to the island. The rest of you were to stay on the ship so I suggest you take your bad elven ass back there 'fore she finds out.

You guys, why are you trying to destory our ship? We're going to need it before long to leave the island and continue our adventures. Sire we're nearly at the end but there's no need to go crazy and start blowing stuff up and tearing things apart.

Luthien, careful with what you're writing about Roya, she's got a specific job to do so I'm just warning you not to interfere too much because otherwise she won't be able to do it.

Off to talk to captain soon as possible and find out what she wants to do.

PS. Tano, still think another quest sounds good? As for the meetings of our characters I don't think that'd RP very well. But we could begin the next quest telling our stories??

Well, I did use the hallucinating-manoevre when Human sank the Nal. But then Sicirus started to exhibit ship-destroying ambitions as well and since she used my Eärniel-character on the thread to interact with, I'm still rather confused and not sure how to solve it this time. Hallucinating works once as a get-away, twice is rather silly IMO. Unless Katt left on the gass furnace in the galley and we're all trippin'. But I don't really like that as an excuse.

I did not destory our ship, I destoryed the one you had in the beggining. You docked it next to the one you flicked and I took some of the wood from it to fix the ship were on now.

But if it was our previous ship, then why did you make me act so angry? Why would I care about the abandoned ship?

Please be a little clearer in the future. Besides, if I remember correctly we stole this ship rather fast and before you came aboard I think. (weren't you a stow-away?) So it's rather unlikely you repaired the Nal using our old ship (if we even had one in the first place, I don't exactly remember). A little continuity would be nice.

Oh, and keep the OOC's in the game thread to a minimum, okay? We've got this nice discussion-thread to post here what we would normally have to say in OOC.

OKay, I have spoken to the Captain. She says she'll be back to finish this quest this weekend. So if possible we (who know what will happen) need to lead to the closest point as possible and the captain will come in to finish posting her part then. MMmkay?

As for the current squabble I would like to make a few things clear:

• Sicirus. Please try to understand. You can't just take some time out of the story and not read up on what happened before, and assume that you can follow us blindly. We all understand we each have other commitments. Last term I was unable to come online and post hardly at all. I'm hoping to be better this term, but I had to read up again when I got home. I did, even though it took me a while to read both threads.
  
• In the beginning you were a stowaway. You are no kind of carpenter. You are a regular crewwoman. So what were you doing playing with our ship anyway. I remember only at one point was it damaged and that was our topsail (Incidentally, did anyone fix that? )
  
• Can you not see that what you posted does not make sense? What other ship are you referring to? We have always had the Nal. We've had no other ship at all. We have some rowboats but they are part of the Nal? And there is no need to be rude to Roya for asking you to edit your post.

And remarks like this: "Goes back on ship. Plays cards for the rest of the day because she's not allowed to leave and be on the adventure she was originaly on." sound very sulky and not at all in the spirit of the game. Just because you're not on the island doesn't mean you're not still in the game. Eruviel and I asked people remain on the ship for a damned good reason. We're going to use it later. Okay?

Is that everyone? Finrod? Human? Would you join us? Would BoP and Arathorn return? How about Garina?

Anyway, I propose we all have some idea of what will happen in the quest before setting out. Like we can have a list of points to cover. Everyone can then have input on the main part of the quest, and yet us who like to plot can still have surprises in store for everyone. I think if everyone knows the mainframe of the quest (but not the ending ) then it'll flow better. Also, new players could potentially join then, and would know what was happening better. Thoughts, crew?
