Aww, thanks. *hugs*
Well, I meant more or less in terms of outside of the elections--I'm creating a club at my school centered around Brendonianist ideas, among other things.

Well, Oppenheimer is the name of an American scientist, Robert J. Oppenehiemrer.
Oppenheimer was the pioneer for American nuclear weapons. Borisovich did the same for the Soviets.

The cockroach, the cockroach
He can no longer walk
Because he doesn't have, Because he lacks,
Marijuana to smoke.

I love Mexico. And Carmina Barana is just a bunch of rowdy drinking songs.

Just read through this whole cafe from page 3... For those who are smoking: stop it now. No matter how little you smoke, it destroys slowly and certainly your beloved body. If I could decide, tobacco, alcohol and drugs would be illegal, though naturally with the exception of alcohol used to help cure wounds, warm up avalanche victims and such. Everytime when I meet great new people like (all of) you mooters, it´s really a disappointment if they smoke. Please, please stop for good for your own good.

Well, I'd be out of luck if they banned alcohol .

I use whiskey, lemon juice, and honey all heated up together and then taken in sips to help clear my throat if I'm having allergy problems and I absolutely -have- to sing.

Also I love wine coolers.

LOVE.

Ok I don't smoke, but I would be in trouble if alcohol was banned again.

How well does that work?

The whiskey is not essential to this recipe, silly.

I posted that to him, hon.
Hot lemon and honey works beautifully. He doesn't need the whiskey, except maybe for 'dutch courage'.

I'm sorry, what? I can't seem to hear you, SaCaA. My hearing must be going.

But seriously--the whiskey is in there for the fumes. I'm not kidding--those help open my sinuses and the slight burn in my throat reminds me to keep it open, even though I'm also having to focus on other things.

So no, really, I don't -need- the whiskey in there. But whether it's purely psychological, or actually helps in some way (doubtful), it -does- enable me to sing better when I have a cold or some such. And as we all know, singing is all in your head .

Plus I'm using (MAYBE) a fourth of a cup of whiskey. It's a small bit of whiskey, to a lot of lemon, and a daub of honey. Trust me when I say it takes a lot more than that to get me buzzin' .

Well, in an emergency, if you don't have any, skip it rather than stop singing.

Guys, alcohol is man's greatest invention. The flavour, the process, the memories. Humans would be so dull if it weren't for that littlest bit of spice.

I'm pro-alcohol and I vote.

In my experience there are two kinds of people: the first kind drinks too much, go beyond control and make a spectacle of themselves, the second kind doesn't drink (much) and is having fun over the weird things all the first types are doing.
I prefer to be type 2.

before you comment, I know the above statement is a gross generalization

By the way, why are all the names for smilies different on different boards? On another board is  ...
Very confusing.
