I understood Aranince's thoughts and did not try and stop him. I wondered where the drow was and went for search of him.

I nodded, knowing I was a bit eager for this journey. I joined somewhat spontaneously, but the older the wiser, and I was young, eager for experience. Aranince then informed us all that he was going to the Lonely Mountain alone, to search for the beast. I turned away. The fool! To think he would just leave like that! I shook my head. I dismounted and followed Biredon. <Vendui, why does Aranince seek the beast alone?> I asked curiously, for one does not spontaneously decide that a beast lives on the Lonely Mountain.

<I have not spoken it to anyone but him. But I know the beast dwells there. I have faced his master myself. That is why Aranince went to search there.> I responded. Then I motioned for her to follow me. She did and I reached a room and got a book from the shelf. I closed the door, so no one would here. "He is going to his death. This book foretells that this will be his death. To try and stop him would kill you yourself."

I looked at Biredon disbelievingly. Then I nodded my head. I had made my desicion. "I would never, on my honor, let a fellow companion, let alone distant kin, face death alone." I turned and opened the door. I ran to Asforoth. "Namarie." I told Losillewen, and I galloped after Aranince.

I sensed her going after and followed after her at full speed. Losillewen was severely confused by the actions. I came up next to Astarien and said "Do not follow him to your own death and his death."I will not stand to see two elves killed for this!" I said with no doubt of what I was going to do in my mind. "Go back to Losillewen. I will follow him, be it my death or not."

I turned to Biredon. "I feel it is my destiny...my fate." I told him. "I do not fear death, I fear the loss of a courageous heart. I will not die in vain. If I die, then it would be with another of my kin. I promise you, I will not die before he does. He will not die before I prevent it." I said. "I will follow him."

"Very well. But if you ride to death with him, I cannot stand it. I could barely stand just my son." I said, "I will ride also, maybe then we may prevent the creature." As I said that I felt something strike my brain. "He rides!" With that I drew my sword. She looked questioningly at me and I said "He is fleeing from it, he is defying the book's prophecy. It is on close pursuit from him. We must battle it with him. Ride and get the others!"

I started to walk past the king. I tried not to catch his intrest, but I did, and he spoke.

"Princess Lubyla, it has been many year since you last left Mirkwood forest. Many years since all had seen you. You were thought to be dead."

"Thats nice. I'm sure my laminent was a cheery ballroom song."I said with a mocking tone."If anyone cared at all that is."

"You always did think the worst of things. No, there were many that loved and missed you."

"Then they sure have a funny way of showing it." I started to trot off. He insisted in following.

"Truely, who were your parents?"

"I have no parents, and have had no parents." Actually, I did. And this was one of the resons I never trusted a wizard.

"All who are here have parents. Wheather they wish it or not. I hate to see you riding to your death again."

"You know I am not off to my death, only the fire can kil the stars, and he has not tried since the first age, when we first met."

"Be it as it may, why are you going?"

"Perhaps I can find a bit of myself."

"Then I shall let you depart now, for the others are ancious(sp) of going. Aa' menealle nauva calen ar' malta."

"You know that will never be, but I thank you."

I was very much confused with the behavior of both Astarian and Biredon, but I decided not to let it bother me. I then saw Astarian galloping towards us. She came up next to me and told me that Biredon and Aranince needed help. "Come, we must go!" I said to the others. I then sped off in the direction of Biredon. I came upon him, and I said: "What has happend?"

"The beast has come out of it's lair. Aranince is fleeing from it but it's speed is greater. We must battle it here when it comes."I dismounted my horse and pressed my ear to the ground. "They are coming faster than I expected. Draw your swords!" I looked at everyone there and the drow was the only one missing. "Where is the drow?" I asked. When no one seemed to know I said for them to lead the creature farther back. Then I went in search for the drow.

I nodded to Biredon, and he left to find the drow. We did not have to wait long for the beast. I could see Aranince in the distance closely followed by the huge "thing". Namarie reared, for she did not like the stench of the beast, "Whoa, girl." I wispered to her. Aranince came up to us, and I said: "Aranince, come, we must lead the beast farther back." he nodded, but his horse would not listen to his commands. "Nevermind about that," I said, "Namarie can take the both of us." I then had Aranince mount Namarie behind me, and we galloped towards where the drow had been.

We rode and rode, and we led the beast farther and farther back. I followed Losillewen and Aranince, they rode near the Mirkwood Realm, but they stopped in front of a huge marsh. "This is it," Losillewen informed us. "We lead it into the marsh, and kill it off. Simple, yet complicated." I nodded. She turned to us all. "Annali len."
I smiled, "Almien" Then the beast was upon us.

The Beast came upon us, and we fought greatly, but suddenly, out of nowhere the drow and Biredon came, and they helped us finish him off. the Drow came up and said: "That was not the beast, it was one of his servants. We do not know where the real beast is. We must go to Isengard, there we will learn much." we all agreed, and made our way to the great tower of Orthanc.

ic:I saw the others slay the beast as I rode away from the king. I was troubled about everyone wanting to know of my parents. I saw the others and quickly rode to meet them, as we all rode off.

"They are breeding these like crazy!" I said. Then I looked back at Mirkwood as we rode off and I saw smoke coming from the room I had showed Astarien. <The book is burning> I mind messaged to Astarien.

"I do not doubt you drow. But there was another I saw in Lonely Mountain. That is what my father meant. The others in Lonely mountain are only servants though." I explained.
