Tano? I was thinking that you could put the books of LotCP (Lord of the Cell Phones) on your site with the pictures. Then it would be all in one place! *sudden realization* It's OVER!!! AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH! Quick! if we get the hobbit started quick, I might survive!

How can you just let it be over? Don't you want weddings? And what ever happened to the "Miram will be stuck in middle earth forever" Phenominum?
Can we start an alternate ending RPG for dissatisfied people?

Hmmm. Well actually the edited version belongs to Katt, so if you got her permision, I don't think Entmoot would be involved.

If, however, you are interested in Entmoot's permission - you have it. And Ben would be interested in you submitting a copy to post on the Tolkien Trail, for the fan fiction section (when it it updated.)

Yay! Thanks, Mathron. What about it, Katt? I'll stick your edited version up on my website? (I think I have enough room...*shrug*). I'll give you credit, of course.

Cool. You guys have certainly done a wonderful job!
I'm sorry I've been gone; I just got back today from camp. No internet access there; torture! I'm happy now though; I get to come back and catch up on the Moot and the TLA. Yippee!

I'm going away for (another) week. Bye, keep it up and finish it! (You may start the Hobbit without me if it comes to that)

Do you think we could stop you?
Of course you can come! Ok. I have to tell you about this...it's great. A group of people (Willow Oran included) is doing a youth production of "The Hobbit," and our Gandalf, Bilbo, and Thorin were having a TLA moment yesterday...it was quite amusing. They started by realizing that their swords were made of plastic and wood, and they had "made in China" printed on them. "Where is this China of which you speak, Sir?" "I know not..." "To the east!" say I, coming in. "To the east..." (mutter, mutter...) I left, and when I came back they were onto the internet somehow. And then Thorin points to the lightbulb and says, "what is this light that shines without fire or sun?" "It's called electricity," I say. "What is this electricity of which you speak, Lady?" ...and so on. I believe they were still at it ten minutes later. Willow and I of course thought this was very amusing and kept saying, "TLA moment!" and laughing. (Which brought on: "what is this TLA of which you speak?") Anyway. I'm sure Willow can give you more details. I just thought I'd share since it seemed so...us. -tano

Invite them all to the Moot! THEN they'll DEFINITELY know what TLA is!
I was wondering...What's the play adaption like? What characters are you guys? OH yes. Thank you for letting Aragren tag along. I just don't want to be bored for a long time.

Oh yes... The TLA moment. It was quite hilarious. I actually joined in a bit when they were going on about about the swords. The swords they were talking about were our props for Orcrist and Glamdring and I'm Elrond in the play so they were asking me to read the "runes" on the swords.
"These are old swords, very old swords. They were made in china for the plastic wars..." and so on. I really wish I had had a video camera with me. The play adaption we have is really good. Our director met up with someone and asked her to write a new adaption for us to use about a week before rehearsals started so this is the first time this script has been used. She did a really good job on it to. At least half the lines are word for word from the book, I checked. And it doesn't cut out too many important bits. We had to cut 7 of the dwarves and the eagles though, not enough cast members. And smaug is now a female dragon, but other than that it's pretty accurate. As for who we play... I got cast as Elrond and ensemble. Ensmeble includes every large group of people in the play who isn't a dwarf a wizard or a hobbit. The only people I actually have lines for are Elrond, Spider 4, Villager 2, and Smaug. We have the eight female members of the ensemble playing smaug with the help of a puppet. Ask Tano for more details about the costumes and stuff.

Yay! Hobbit! I loved it, by the way, and I'm seeing it again on Sunday. I want the Smaug puppet!!! It's really cool. We likess it, yessss preciousss
From the audience perspective...it's a great adaption (*kicks self;* I can't say that; I've only read about half of it! ) but I thought it was great, and I know enough to Tolkien's style, at least. Anyway. It's great.

Hello all! I'm back!
I just had a very strange thought. What if we put The Hobbit after the TLA? Then we could talk about it, and remember certain episodes. (Just to create a new twist, since Glodo will be nonexistent)
