"Oh great, everyone has wondered off again. Can't I leave them alone for a minute to look at those nice flowers?! Aeran, please locate Tolkienfan and Nicro and guide them to Sis, then come back for me and Bunicula.
Bunicula, you go and find Hector. You are allowed to show some fang in order to get him over here a.s.a.p, but make sure you are chasing him in the right direction.
I'll go and find Sas. Should you come across someone else of our group, bring them with you, okay?" A little tired, Mari got up and started her search. Wistfully she looked back at that lovely patch of flowers, knowing she probably wouldn't have much time for watching flowers later.

"Hey! Hey, you!" Sas was running twords a small, stocky figure with a stick in his hand. Sas was chasing him because while he was finding out the horrible truth about Hector, a poison dart had hit one of the reformed orcs. "OH, now it's getting good!" Sas drew his bow-staff "I've been waiting to try this guy out!" as they were running after the (what he determind to be the same dwarf that put the curse on Hector), he saw a tall dark figure. The figure spoke with a familliar voice- "Sas where were you?!" It was Mari! "Hey, rember the whistle I gave you? Blow it! Quick! Quick!"

Mari blew as hard as she could into the whistle. Fredrico came flying twords them. As Sas jumped up to mount Fredrico on the fly, he felt a sharp pain in his arm. "AAAAAAAUUUUUUUHHHHGGGGGGGGG!!!" Sas screamed as he fell to the ground.

Mari looked at the scene and decided everyone needed to calm down. So she yelled on top of her longs: "Everybody FREEZE!" She was quite surprised when everybody did as she said. That was something different!
"Okay, there are many orcs here. There is one Dwarf. Who are the fastest orcs among you?" Three orcs raised their hands. "Good, you go get the Dwarf then. Now is there someone who has knowledge of poison? Please determine which poison was used on our friends so we can treat them. Fredrico, for heavens sake CALM DOWN!"

"I'm all-right! I'm all-right!" said Sas, a little annoyed at the dwarf "I kew it! I thought it might be them! I've delt with these jokers before! FREDRICO! LET'S MOVE! Mari we'll be right back!" Sas climbed on Fredrico's back, apperently not hurt at all, turned to Mari and said "Are you coming?!"

While all this lunacy was happening not too far behind, Sis, Sane and the Banditos were at a sedated trot up further ahead. It looked as though Sane was kinda falling out of the saddle though.

"er...map wench...?" Sane was struggling valiently to keep her eyes open and ass in the saddle. "Right, yes, let me see..." She rummaged through her saddle bags until finding the desired map and handing it to Sis, leaning a bit too far over though, as her horse quickly sidestepped to rebalance its rider.

"Heh, kinda peaceful without em though, eh Sis?" Sane had a goofy grin and her head lolled back as she flopped back on her horse, out like a light atop her horse.

"Okay. Merry band, halt, please." Sis caught Sane and steadied her, then dismounted and caught her as she slid off the horse. "When was the last time you ate or slept, you ninny?" "Banditos? Can someone find me a camp with some clean water near here? The rest of you please trot back and rescue our stragglers. I'm going to get sleeping beauty horizontal and make sure it's just self-abuse that's bothering her."

"Oh no you don't! Sas, we have to get back to the others. The orcs are fully capable of handling themselves and I will not have you bloody that sword or whatever of yours while you are anywhere near me."
Upset Mari turned around and went back to the place where she had spotted some nice flowers, anything to take her mind of bloody images. Aeran and Bunicula would find her wherever she went. Sas would have to found the others for himself if he needed to have that bloody fight of his. He could have Fredrico fly up and scout from the skies anyhow.
Ah, there was Bunicula with Hector and Sir GW.
"We'll have to wait for Aeran to guide us to Sane and Sis. Please try to remember to stick with the group next time. And that goes for myself as well...*sigh*"

When Mari turned her back, he started running and Sas finaly caught up with the dwarf and pinned him to the ground "Hey there Manwell! Miss me?" Manwell struggled a little and then spoke-"What are you doing here Sasquatch?! You were supposed to be in Mordor!" Sas picked him up by the collar "Never-mind that! What did you do to Hector?!" Manwell grunted "I don't know what you're talking about!" Sas punched him in the nose "Do you know now?!" Manwell moaned "It's just a simple curse. You've obviusly figured it out. you need the right ingrediants!" "So that's it? In order to cure him we just have to keep up the quest?"asked Sas "Yes!" replyed Manwell as he stuck himself with a poison dart.

But alas for poor Sane, for as soon as she had conked off atop her horse, she went back into the feverish nightmare realm that is the blackland of Finals. As the Merry Band gathered around their fallen leader, they recognized the symptoms.

"Ah no...She's been stabbed by an wraith of Ex'ams...Sneaky and deadly little boogers they are. Have an unfortunate habbit of sneakin up on you at alarming speed." One of the older, grizzled Bandit veterans said, and as he did so, Sane yelped and tossed in fevered protest and nailed one of her bandits square on the jaw.

The grizzled veteren stroked his as yet unharmed chin and took a pace backwards, "Either that or it could be she was shot by something or one of our over enthusiastic herd members; if that bolt sticking out her back is any indication. Or perhaps a mix of both..."

"We have way too many straglers," Acally said as she joined Sas and Mari. "I sent Anicetos to help Bunicula find Hector. I'm about ready to lash him to his horse so that well know where he is at all times," She reached into her belt pouch and took out some Athalas. "We'll use this one your wound. It'll slow the poison,"

Meanwhile, Anicetos caught up with Bunicula and together they look for Hector.

Suddenly, ahead of Hector, Nautipus stumbles out of the brush on the side of the trail, his armor covered in mud, "I...I think I lost my horse..." He stammers. Then the horse runs across the trail. "Crap! I'll be right back!" , shouts Nautipus, running back into the forest.
