Yes, that looks like a good call. I am totally stumped as to where it comes from. I thought elves generally used Iluvatar, rather than Eru, so maybe 'tis a Man. It's from Valandil, which suggests Northkingdom , though the quote itself brings to mind Theoden for some reason. Maybe I've watched the films too often.
