Yeah, I like the mobile phone with the touch-screen! That's perfect for a palantir; think of all the possibilities for miscommunication - signals get dropped, static - that's a good motif!

I'm finding it hard to finish off "Book Three" so a little help would gratefully be accepted.

I liked the cell-phone palantir bit, thanx Chrys - it's ironic, because I was finally posting the same sort of scenario, had it pretty well underway, and then my stupid computer crashed from too many outside pop-ups, and I lost it all. No, really! That's almost exactly how I was gonna write it - I'm glad you're in Homies, Chrys!

That last post CRACKED me UP! first laugh I've had all day -wish I were feeling more courageously creative lately; I'm worried about adding to Homies and it not being up to par. Thanx Butterbeer & Chrys

Hmmmm... I wonder who put LSD into everybody's water canteens over at Homies? Maybe Aragorn can nail the culprit, F.B.I. and all. Maybe it was Merry...

Hello, all! Grey Wolf, are you back yet? Nurvingiel & Telcondar Dunedain, you guys still around for Homies? Anyway, we're about ready to start the Return of the King section of Homies, and I'm wondering how we should go about it. Do you think it's time yet to bring back Frodo, Sam & Smeagol? If so, how should we do it?

I'm still here. Lotesse, we are sticking to the format of the book, so the next post will probably be Grey Wolf starting off, so I suggest no body post until he does.

There's a whole lot about Gandalf and Pippin conversing and then we have to handle Frodo and Sam's journey in Book 4 before ROTK. What say ye? Or should we make a huge leap to the first chapter of ROTK?

I tried to post the finishing off of the Book Three just now but kept getting "You duplicated this post" message. So if anyone else can take care of the Gandalf/Pippin conversation it would be gratefully accepted.

Now, Lyrders, if you wish you may recommence the tale of Frodo and Sam's further journey.
