You're welcome, Lady of Rohan (I meant it, too - I think about it for awhile before I pick a Tolkien character).
Ooh, thanks, Ninquelote!! *runs to edit the "Z"* I was stuck for a "Z" name!

wahine, I also thought of a nickname for you - Lalaith, which means laughter, because you seem to like to laugh a lot and Lalaith is also similar to your real name. (Lalaith was one of Túrin's sisters).

Yes, I suppose so... it just sounded like her real name (kinda) and she's funny, so I thought it fit. She can use it away from Entmoot, maybe
Hey, MAJOR trivia question - there is indeed another RÃ*an (besides Huor's wife/Tuor's mom) in JRRT's work - do you know who she is?

Oh, I just saw a post from a Lalaith-Elf, and then there's Lalaith (the one from Germany, I think) - well, wahine could be Luau-Lalaith or something like that *runs and hides from wahine and her coconuts*

Hey, I'm impressed! That's it
I just bought PoME and looked up RÃ*an and was very surprised to see this one. Which HoME books do you have?

I have Book of Lost Tales 1 and 2, Peoples of Middle Earth, and the Index. The next one on my list is Lays of Beleriand.

Yes, please do!
Do you have Unfinished Tales? (not an official HoME book, but very good). Have you read the Sil?

And if you guys are First Age fans like I am, I recommend skipping the first HoMEs (where it goes thru LoTR-related things like Trotter the Ranger, etc.) and going to things like Morgoth's Ring and the other Sil/FA -related stuff.

I have the Lays of Beleriand and the Book of Lost Tales part One.
I haven't gotten around to finishing them yet, though. It's confused me a bit, though. It's kind of like reading the Constitution with all the additions edited in and translations and comments written all over it...
