That's one beautiful cat, BoP.
Do they have a name besides Ragdoll, perhaps?

There's a similar breed called the ragamuffin, I think.
Yes, he's very pretty. He's also very naughty.

Pixel! Best cat name ever. Also your cat is lovely. Is her mom's name Raster?
My former pets include a guinea pig (Pippin), a beta (Fish), a Russian dwarf hamster (Houdini) and several rats (Snack, Sprocket and Ratchet). Unfortunately they are all now deceased. Some day I'd like a dog that will come out into the bush with me. Maybe a German shepherd.

ARG! *Glomps the kitty* Good lord you got yourself a cutie, BoP! *Goes through cat withdrawl*
Hehehe, I have a veritable zoo. In my brief lifetime I've had: Three rabbits (Loafy, BonBon and Flopsy, RIP) Three dogs (George (RIP), Happoo and Fooz) Two cats (Peshe the 4th and Peshe the 5th both RIP) Seven different birds (5 parakeets, my two favorite Juju and Gizzle RIP, a cockatiel and a dove) Four horses (my Saddlebred, Jester passed away, the others are in good homes, except for the one whom was stolen. I pray that he is in good hands though..) 1 Donkey (Eeyore, he belongs to a friend of mine now) Not to mention whole gaggles of chickens, geese and sheep. And a Brahma bull. And a wolf. Also nursed to health a few owls too... And a hawk. See what I mean? I got a regular Zoo going on.

Wow Sane, that IS a zoo! Must mean you are very responsible. I read in the newspaper this morning that according to research people who had to take care of a pet when they were young grow up to be more responsible then people who did not have a pet.

Aw, I forgot our freshwater fish tanks and my turtle. I don't think I can live without my animal buddies. It's a chore, but I love it, and I'm pretty damn good at keeping eveything clea, and giving them all super healthy lives. I still kinda wanna be a Vet...

Well, if it's within your possibilities and you want to do it, then go for it! At least you have some experience

I think I can trump your little zoo in numbers, Sane, but definitely not in size: Three cats, eight tortoises, four turtles, twelve lizards and eleven aquaria filled with at least 7 species of fish.
Not counting those that were.

I've had goats, horses, birds of a few kinds, several lizard species, 5 aquaria varying from fresh water to salt water, a total of three different octopus species, ribbon eel, snowflake eel, wolf eel, several dog breeds (not including the mutts), pigs, snapping turtle, a box turtle, and a slider turtle, and about 16 total fish species, and assorted invertebrates, probably somewhere in the twenties range of species. Good times.

Nice... but Earniel, I didn't list how many chickens and sheep I had... Upwards of 20 sheep, a few goats (6 at highest poplation) and around 15 chickens. Hah, farm life can certainly be interesting.

My dad raises goats, has a llama and used to raise sheep. We also had ducks. Sometimes farm life makes it hard to remember everything at once. It is a fun time, though. I wouldnt trade it for city-life.

Are we going to have a contest over who has had the most animals now? *raises eyebrow*
Fine: I lose!
