Good luck!
I like hospitals because I've never had any bad experiences there. I don't mind shots or anything. I kind of like stuff like surgeries because I've never had anything really serious, but I like the attention of the stuff I have had. Although I never to go the hospital lately because I don't want to pay for it and I'm afraid of malpractice and because of everything that's wrong with America's healthcare industry. Mostly because I'm poor. Dentists, on the other hand... I find dental work to be highly unpleasant, even cleanings. And I don't like having to hold my mouth open or the tickley feeling I get either. Dental work hurts, regular hospitals usually don't and if they do it just makes me feel cool for not minding it. They're different enough that they are separate things for me. There's really not much overlap of the things that go on. I can't remember the last time I've had my vitals checked and the dentist, or worn the gown. They smell different too. And look different. The waiting rooms are similar but the rest is different.

Say, what do you old Brendonianist Party folks say about starting again? The New Brendonianism? *several hours later* A Z-95 Headhunter (the predecessor of the X-wing, resembling an X-wing with the S-foils closed), with two TIE Interceptors in escort, roars out of the atmosphere in a line straight for the Entmoot Moon. Grand Admiral Tabby lands his Z-95 in the main cargo bay of a gargantuan ship resting on rusting repulsorlift pylons in a small valley, as the TIE Interceptors split off to patrol the area. The outer hull is covered in climbing vines, and there are a number of shrubs growing on the rusted upper surface. Tabby climbs through tubes within the ship, finally making his way to the dead, silent main reactor core. Flipping a few controls, the residual power kicks on, and lights click on up and down the entire length of the ship small sections at a time, and the start-up sequence for the main reactor is begun. Tabby then grabs a turbolift to the main bridge. The main viewport on the bridge remains relatively dirt free. Walking up to the automation control panel, Tabby sets the ship on full automation. Then, he sends out a broadcast to the rest of the Imperial Fleet, which lays dormant throughout the Galaxy. Quote:

I just finished Six Feet Under; such a magnificent series. Probably one of the great TV dramas of all time.
Also, going to see my family tomorrow! Of course, that means I can't sleep tonight.

Congratulations, Midge!
Congrats on reaching the 10K, Gwai! And considering I just reached aunt-status today, I'd say we should have a party!

*Carries in leftover cake, streamers, flowers, mints...* on second thought, I'll keep the mints. They were good.
Oh, yes. *Also punch, tablecloths, lights, candles.* Does anyone care if the party has a theme color of a lilac/lavender blue-y color?

I must be in a good mood because I just got genuinely excited for the lilac/lavender blue color. Not to mention cake.

Cake is always good. I have some leftover treats too, since today was my last workday at my internship. Yay! So many happy things today ^_^
