Good luck!

I like hospitals because I've never had any bad experiences there. I don't mind shots or anything. I kind of like stuff like surgeries because I've never had anything really serious, but I like the attention of the stuff I have had. Although I never to go the hospital lately because I don't want to pay for it and I'm afraid of malpractice and because of everything that's wrong with America's healthcare industry. Mostly because I'm poor.

Dentists, on the other hand... I find dental work to be highly unpleasant, even cleanings. And I don't like having to hold my mouth open or the tickley feeling I get either. Dental work hurts, regular hospitals usually don't and if they do it just makes me feel cool for not minding it.

They're different enough that they are separate things for me. There's really not much overlap of the things that go on. I can't remember the last time I've had my vitals checked and the dentist, or worn the gown. They smell different too. And look different. The waiting rooms are similar but the rest is different.

Hector: "You are beaten. It is useless to resist. Don't let yourself be destroyed as Gwaimir did."

The two combatants continue to trade blows, Jonathan briefly succeeds breaking through Hector's guard wounding him. The duel continues and finally Hector disarms Jonathan and cuts his hand off. Jonathan desperately holds onto the railing of the small platform he has retreated to. Hector looms over him.

Hector: "There is no escape. Don't make me destroy you."

Jonathan continues to retreat onto to the platform away from Hector.

"Jonathan, you do not yet realize your importance. You have only begun to discover your power. Join me and I will complete your training. With our combined strength we can end this distructive conflict and bring order to the Moot."

Jonathan replies: "I never join you!"

Hector: "If you only knew the power of the dark moot. Gwaimir never told you what happened to your father?"

Jonathan: "He told me enough. He told me you killed him."

Hector: "No, I am your father."

Jonathan, completely horrified: "No, no, it's not true. That's impossible."

Hector: "Search your feelings. You know it to be true."

Jonathan: "Noooooooo, noooooooooo..."

Hector: "Jonathan, you can destroy Troll's Bane. He has foreseen this. It is your destiny. Join me and together we can rule the Moot as father and son."

Jonathan looks around and down at the bottomless pit he stands above.

Hector: "Come with me. It is the only way."

Jonathan throws himself off the platform and falls down into the pit.

Alright, I've been compared to the Emperor! Reminds me of the good old days...

Say, what do you old Brendonianist Party folks say about starting again? The New Brendonianism?

*several hours later*

A Z-95 Headhunter (the predecessor of the X-wing, resembling an X-wing with the S-foils closed), with two TIE Interceptors in escort, roars out of the atmosphere in a line straight for the Entmoot Moon. Grand Admiral Tabby lands his Z-95 in the main cargo bay of a gargantuan ship resting on rusting repulsorlift pylons in a small valley, as the TIE Interceptors split off to patrol the area. The outer hull is covered in climbing vines, and there are a number of shrubs growing on the rusted upper surface. Tabby climbs through tubes within the ship, finally making his way to the dead, silent main reactor core. Flipping a few controls, the residual power kicks on, and lights click on up and down the entire length of the ship small sections at a time, and the start-up sequence for the main reactor is begun. Tabby then grabs a turbolift to the main bridge. The main viewport on the bridge remains relatively dirt free. Walking up to the automation control panel, Tabby sets the ship on full automation. Then, he sends out a broadcast to the rest of the Imperial Fleet, which lays dormant throughout the Galaxy.

A bright early morning on a certain day,
Was perfect for Hector's persecution.
The court gathered 'round all to say,
His sentence and method o' execution.

And they hurled the vilest lies a' him,
pretending to lay down the law,
But honesty knows t'was on a whim,
And shame on those who saw.

But Hec could take it not a moment more,
and challenged Jon to a deathly duel;
So they fought like warriors past of lore,
Which was actually pretty cool.

Hector with his blade of purest light,
Made his foe a sting to feel;
Jonathan in turn was strong with might,
With blade of mithril-steel.

But as they fought over the chasm deep,
There arose a great and ancient terror;
A balrog risen from a slumb'ring sleep,
They had waken'd by some foolish error.

And now the giant, ugly, demon he,
Raised his whip above his head;
It waved in th'air for all to see,
Down it crashed, and widely spread.

And fright was in all the hearts
Of those who stood to witness thus,
Such a beast of such ghastly parts,
With head and horns and muchly plus.

Jonathan, Hector, and all the rest
Of Entmoot's bravest drew their arms:
And with them did their very best
To stop the giant balrog's harms.

Acally, president o' the Moot,
at the head with steel-toed boot;
Varnafinde, archer quick of eye,
Shot an arrow to the balrog's breast,
And quite on target, nothing shy,
It hit him square i' the chest.
Gwaimir, lord of the eagles,
Mari with her loopy lasso,
Sane with her hunting beagles,
and Tessar the mighty basso;
Insidious with daggers furtive,
Troll's Bane's atlatl 'ssertive;
Coffeehouse, the overseer,
Valandil with his valiant crew,
Inked with his draughty beer
Earniel, Midge, and Noble too;
All these warriors at the front,
Hurling weapons, sharp and blunt.

And with a mighty crash to the earth,
The balrog fell hard onto his bum,
And the fighters gave him dearth
of beatings more, and thenly some.

So the balrog was defeated there and then,
and now lies a large lump on the forest floor.
And the birds now rest on it in that glen,
leaving lovely off'rings, much to store.

The heroes of it all, they still stand,
And if you go to central Entmoot-Town
Two statues there are placed and grand:
Both on horse with cape and crown.

Alright, got mentioned in an epic poem, too!

I just finished Six Feet Under; such a magnificent series. Probably one of the great TV dramas of all time.

Also, going to see my family tomorrow! Of course, that means I can't sleep tonight.

Turns out, he doesn't think the rest of the songs are very good.

He loves this blurb from the very beginning of a live song where the guy goes, "Okay, there's this song called "PHAROAH! SAILS! TO! O-RION!""(I realize that's what the song is called, but that little piece is so hilarious).

Sometimes this world can be kind of small.
Follow-up on this story - our alarm that goes off at 6:00 a.m. uses that part of that song. Nice to wake up to.

I'm officially a married woman! There's a wedding BAND on my FINGER!

Yeah, it's exciting.

Congrats, Gwai buddy!

"Tonight, in commemoration of the 10000th post, here is a special show put on W-M.O.O.T with Hector, Jonathan, Troll's Bane and Gwaimir performing this classic 70s tune accompanied by the Moots..."

Mooter there's no need to feel down
I said Mooter pick yourself off the ground
I said Mooter 'cause your in a new town
There's no need to be unhappy

Mooter there's a place you can go
I said Mooter when you're short on your dough
You can post there and I'm sure you will find
Many ways to have a good time.

It's fun to post at the M.O.O.T,
It's fun to post at the M.O.O.T,
They have everything For young men to enjoy.
You can hang out with all the boys.

It's fun to post at the M.O.O.T,
It's fun to post at the M.O.O.T,
You can get yourself clean
You can have a good meal
You can do whatever you feel.

Mooter, Are you listening to me
I said, Mooter, what do you want to be
I said, Mooter, you can make real your dreams,
but you've got to know this one thing.

No man, does it all by himself
I said, Mooter, put your pride on the shelf
And just go there, to the M.O.O.T,
I'm sure they can help you today

It's fun to post at the M.O.O.T,
It's fun to post at the M.O.O.T,
They have everything for young men to enjoy.
You can hang out with all the boys.

It's fun to post at the M.O.O.T,
You can get yourself clean
You can have a good meal
You can do whatever you feel.

Mooter, I was once in your shoes,
I said, I was down and out with the blues
I felt, no man cared if I were alive
I felt the whole world was so jive

That's when someone came up to me
and said Mooter take a walk up the street
There's a place there called the M.O.O.T,
They can start you back on your way.

It's fun to post at the M.O.O.T,

*Carries in leftover cake, streamers, flowers, mints...* on second thought, I'll keep the mints. They were good.

Oh, yes. *Also punch, tablecloths, lights, candles.* Does anyone care if the party has a theme color of a lilac/lavender blue-y color?

I must be in a good mood because I just got genuinely excited for the lilac/lavender blue color. Not to mention cake.
