for those of you that didn't get Eruviel's pun: followers of the Hindu goddess Kali are called thugs, and they like to cut people's hearts out (i think; i haven't read much about the thugee in a long time).

Actually, they strangle people with cloth or rope, because Kali commanded them to slay some...demons or something, I don't remember, without spilling their blood. I think there might have been something about cutting out hearts somewhere, but that is their origin. The cutting out of hearts might have been some other Kali-followers. I don't know for sure, though.

We had a doubleheader today and it rocked! We won the first one 3 - 0 and the second one 10 - 1 and all my friends were there and aaah, it was wonderful!!!

How beautiful Lizra! Your post makes all of mine look so frivolous and unimportant and...and so much less meaningless than yours! *sniff* that was just beautiful...

~Doing the play and everything that goes with it. It was hilarious this moring, we were rehearsing. I came onstage and was supposed to sit on a bench between Holly and Brittany, tried to squeeze between them and knocked Holly off. We died out laughing, it was so funny, especially considering that I was suposed to be shocked and inconsolable after hearing the news that the mayor was dead!!!

~getting to hang out with my crush at play practice and having him compliment me
~my blue pajama pants with fluffy white clouds all over them (I'm wearing them right now, with my big yellow smiley face slippers

~playing really well in my violin lesson and not getting yelled at for not practicing
