My oldest sister was laughing and saying, "Ohhh, Annnthony, been kissing someone you shouldn't have?" and I was like... Please don't make me get up and slap you. I was in bed miserable out of my brain for over two days... which is nothing compared to what many people in this world go through, but it was friggin' hell none the less. It's not really that funny.

Blech. I'm still kind of P.O.'ed at the moment, but I'm sure that will pass quickly enough. This is just so stupid. -_-
Yes, but the mental fatigue is all part of it, so you're not losing your mind.(((((HUGS))))))

Tessar - do NOT - repeat, DO NOT push yourself too fast, or you'll regret it! I hope you feel better soon, but take this seriously and don't push yourself too soon!

Heh, actually, don't push yourself too much. But I would have gotten up and slapped her, were I you. It's fun and it speeds up the healing process.

Too much or too soon - both! For mono, you just kind of think "it's been long enough - I'll just go ahead and do something" - that's why I said "too soon". You really need to give it a lot of time before doing ... too much too soon

Vent - infected toe - yuck! The nail that popped off from the wheelchair finally got long enough to trim, and I trimmed it too short to get off that ugly lumpy part and it got ingrown and infected And the foot still has not healed all the way. I think it's time for another specialist.

*sigh* Rian, maybe you should consider removing the toe alltogether?
Seems to me like it might be a faster healing process then this...

A very creepy guy gave me an even creepier look and yelled the Dutch equivalent of 'Hey cutie! (sp?)' at me when I rode home on my bike...
I doubt he still thought I was cute after I gave him a dark look and yelled back that he should ride on the correct side of the road and consequently got laughed at by a few schoolkids who did know the proper cycling-rules. Mwuhahaha.

I don't appreciate unknown, creepy people yelling things like 'Hey cutie!' at me. That right is reserved for a few special people. >_<

I'll just have my elven slaves carry me around on their fabulously buff bodies so I don't have to walk ...

*daydreams, then sticks her foot in the footbath with a sigh*

(I went to the dr. today - it was Friday, and I didn't want the Weekend Doctor Curse to kick in - you know, if you don't go on Friday, the thing blows up as soon as the dr.'s office is closed, but if you DO go, it gets better instantly Anyway, got some antibiotics which should do the trick, along with soaking the poor little tootsie)

We would be so good together, but I'm not having kids and he wants kids. So, what we have now, a wonderful friendship, is worth so much more than a relationship we both know wouldn't last.

And still, I'm venting. Strange, this mind of mine..

I probably have to work in an hour... but I don't know, because they haven't sent me my schedule for this week yet. So now I've got to keep calling till someone finally gets in at work and can answer the phone. >_<

EDIT: Someone answered the phone (finally) and gave me my addresses for today. *sigh* At least that is solved.

I know I'm not all that, or probably even more intelligent than your average person. Maybe I'm even less intelligent than that.

But why do I get so frustrated with people? People who are probably smarter than I'll ever be.

They just act so stupidly! They stare at the problem so hard that they forget to look for a solution. Then they call you clever for finding it, but you're not clever, you just looked past the problem for a fix to it, and the solution was staring you in the face waiting to be seen.

I think maybe I'm just a huge jerk.

No, you're not a huge jerk; you just dont have your head wedged up yer arse.

It's a rare trait now adays.

VENT; I'm not feeling to great right now. Pain relivers, or booze (or both) would be good right about now.

Sounds like the Mexicans that come into WalMart. I quit speaking broken spanish with them after a pair hung around the photo lab for three hours and another one wouldn't quit flirting with me then asked if I was married. *Shudders* Anyone else I would have flirted back, but Mexicans take you seriously.

nerf... *accepts pain relievers and booze happily*

I'm not looking forward to trying to climb up all the stairs in school tommorow. Physical therapy is a pain. At least Foodog is being very careful with me. The big moron isn't jumping or frisking around me and is being quite cautious as to what he does with himself.

And for a 90lb pitbull puppy that thinks he is a lapdog, this is quite the accomplishment.

Vent: PAIN.

Well, it's not something I wanted to do, but I think I'd better get myself an iPod for my birthday this October. Nothing I've tried to do to my old MP3 player has fixed the issues I've been having with it about it getting the buttons confused and while it's not unusable... it's highly inconvenient.

Add to that the fact that it wont accept my iTunes files because of stupid Apple using ACC protected files, and my not wanting to have to burn every single dang CD or track that I purchase....

So I'll be saving up and getting an iPod. I really can't get by without one as easily as I can with one... being a music major, having one is just... it's invaluable. I can put my aural exercises on it, I can put my voice lessons on it to review easily any time, I can listen to assigned music, and any other number of things.... I'm not saying I -have- to have one, but good lord... it's certainly easier.

I have absolutely nothing to be upset about. Everything has been going quite smoothly, and I'm enjoying my new work . But the very fact I don't have anything to complain about...

...that's a problem

My mom has known that I was gay since I was seven (?!), and thinks it's because I was mentally abused as a child by my dad's mom. BUT she willingly admits that my mental disease may also be partially her fault, because she recognizes that she wasn't the world's best mom.

It's okay, though: We all have crosses to carry, and she's so proud of me (subtext: so long as I remain Catholic), and I'm still her baby boy that she just loves so much (subtext: so long as I'm not one of those gays who just drift along because it's so easy to just give in and go sleep with everyone). Also she will always love me (subtext: but man, those gays? They just have this... evil aura. She can sense it).

You know what? I don't care what it is at this point. I want people to leave me alone and let me figure this out by myself, because every time some jackass "doesn't" give me advice, I just end up hating them because of how they try to manipulate me.

I wish people would stop putting conditions on loving me. I hate them.

Tessar, people think rigid/stupid/different things and they say rigid/stupid/different things, but as long as you are you and they like who you are, they'll learn to deal with it. Some faster than others.

When you change while finding out bit by bit who you are, people will also change. Just wait for a bit to see if they change alongside with you.

PS: YOU are the sweetest ()

PPS: o_O Didn't mean to sound like a ... well I don't know like what, but anyway, I didn't mean to sound like it!
