I have never (to the best of my knowledge) killed anyone, Hector.

Yes you have. Everytime you walk, you squash millions of innocent germs, just so you can walk. Greedbag.

We ought to all suspend ourselves in the air sp we don't step on anything...oh darn, what about "live pollen"?

I said 'anyone'. Anyway, I doubt that you kill many germs when you walk; I imagine they are two small.

Are you saying germs don't have the same rights as you do [once they're born, of course]? *gasps* Oh Gwai, how could you!

You doubt I kill many germs when I walk? Are you implying that I purposefully murder born germs?

That was an editorial 'you', silly Hek.

Such an implication could not be possibly read into my post, insert generic term of endearment.

<-- is playing dumb at your little joke, but really gets it, don't worry.

*too small.

I solved my work problem today, and I got to meet some people at the con over the weekend - 2x people from sg1, and 2x people from buffy. Here's me calm self gettin' pic'd with the guy who played (geeky supervillain) Andrew from Buffy :

Who knew that I could be that calm?

Heh. I was a little excited. I also got my pic taken with the character of Glory (hellgod from Buffy), Davis and Bra'tac (characters from Stargate SG1).

*still on cloud 9

That. Is. AWESOME.

Maybe someday I'll get to meet Bruce Boxleitner, Mira Furlan, and Jerry Doyle from Babylon 5. They play my favourite characters Sheridan, Delenn, and Garibaldi.

BoP is livin the dream.

OMG. OMG. That work problem I mentioned above? Well, I finally finished a rough run-down of it (it's a GIS model - basically an automated process to filter spatial data), and they want to send it to the ESRI (biggest GIS provider) conference next week!! Unfortunately, the dataset I used ended up with no outcome because the stringent parameters for my model were not met, so they may not be able to use it after all, but still.... OMG. MY stuff at the ESRI conference?!!!

That's really cool, BoP!

I'm glad because we had a spontaneous discussion about things I've been wanting to talk about a long time with my mother and sister.. It feels good to know.
