I swear the people that work at the Customer Sevice Desk are stupid. Lady returned a Digital Pic Frame with no recept. Manager OKed the return. Called up there and let them know manager said to put said return on a store gift card. Dumbasses call back 10 minutes later asking what to do with the frame. I tell them again. Five minutes later they call back asking if we have said Frame in stock. We don't carry said frame, thus the reason manager said to out it on store gift card.
Couple days later, customer wants refund on pics. I make a ticket out with the amount of the refund and a barcode. Someone calles us and askes how much the refund is. I tell her the amont on the ticket. Dumbass tells me the barcode won't scan. I tell her to type in the numbers at the bottom of the barcode. Dumbass should have know that," oh barcode isn't scanning, let's call photo center and ask them dumbass questions I already know the answer to,"

I cant wait to start this tank, I'll need to run the design by some people who might be interested in it, so I can build it for them. I'm also building another small tank to house Histrio histrio. Always been one of my favorite fish. On second thought, I may use Antennarius maculatus. Both of these are beutifully ornate and weird anglers, which are small and relatively easily kept.

I havnt even gotten to break out the guns this summer. Work (and everything else) has got me beat down and out of time. I'm trying to get an underwater camera system shortly, so maybe I'll post some pics soon of a dive in a quarry near here.

Nauti, when they explained they wanted to have a "spunky telephone-operator (complaint handling) for 5 weeks" I knew enough. I don't want that job. So I didn't mind about not getting it.

Hopefully I'll be back up and running (literally) in another month or so. That Benz nailed me a good one, but I shall mend soon enough. My arm is already a lot better. My legs shall follow suit soon I hope. My hip and knee is the problem right now; looots of bruising and some damaged tissue. I hope it doesn't scar, because having to break the scar tissue and my body reabsorb it is perhaps one of the most painful procedures I've had in my life.

And that's saying something.

But anyways, my spirits are just fine, and that is what carries me along when my knees refuse. *raises hand for PIE*

I have four papers I have to write for the final, each 4-5 pages each addressing his set questions. This shall be fun.

And no, not take home exams per say, you have to supposedly write it up in class. But I cheat and type them up at home, snce he gives us more or less the same questions that will appear on the test. It's fun. Spanish will NOT be fun, however.
