Sorry 'fraid I mixed that up with some dutch. Not sure what's the real english word then. It's a thing that indicates what wind is blowing. Therefore it turns with the wind. It is used for people who change their opinion quickly.

Ai! Rodents are cool! I had pet rats when I was a kid, and they were adorable, and funny, and cute. And very affectionate, contrary to belief.

Strawberry, I'm thinking of giving up cheese, based on your awesome example of vegetarianism... any tips?

awww! thankyou! You guys are so much more empathetic than all my outside friends. They all think i'm stupid for being vegetarian.

ANyway, I admire you, BoP. I have really been trying hard to give up, but i just cannot do it all at once as everything at tescs has cheese in so i'm going step by step and i suggest you do the same.
eg:

I avoid all cold cheese but eat pizza's and melted cheese. It makes me sometimes feel ill but well, i just cannot give everything up at my age otherwise i will have really bad problems. For instance i have had a sprained ankle for 6 weeks now which refuses to heal because of the lack of protein (found in meat a lot)

And I am recently suffering from anemia because i completely gave up all dairy products as well.

So i would really advise you to take it slow otherwise you might end up like me!

Do you eat butter and milk still? I do not but again at this current time it is incredibly hard to avoid all sources so i only do not eat the raw stuff. I simply cannot avois it if it is in other products as an ingredient.

I do not know if anyone else has noticed but recently the supermarkwts are becoming a lot more veggie friendly. I reckon in a couple of years, there will be a lot of choice for vegans.

DAY ONE: No cheese.

Actually, I'm mainly trying to give up just buying gourmet cheese... But, *how* I'm going to give up parmesan, I don't know...

I take spirulina, so I'm getting my iron, and when I got to the gym I buy protein bars...

So far, so good. Not missing cheese. Have conned BF into doing it with me, so I'm not completely alone!
