And the magical nature of musical numbers to pull out things and sets that hadn't existed until that point.

Yeah, I woke up at 1 AM this morning after I nearly choked, so I was quite freaked and didn't dare go back to sleep.
Thanks for the tea. I feel a bit better now

Oh my... let's see I don't have a god... so let's make it dog! I get you perfectly, drowning/choking is something that would freak me out. Totally. Don't want to go that way. REALLY glad to hear you're better. I am a bit ill too, but that's nothing in comparison with your suffering.

Hector's drawing inspired me, I guess I'll draw the sauna. When nobody's there.

Hahaha, my suffering? I am quite sick and can't be up for longer than 10 minutes or something, but I am quite the master at exaggerating my illnesses
It's because I'm hardly ever really sick I suppose.

Get well soon, Noble!

Teehee, I would love to say I was inspired and draw something nice too, but even if I am very inspired, I couldn't draw a thing to save my life

Pluripotent! I've never heard that word before. Awesome word.

Yes, the lightsabers as well as the number of animals that can fit inside the building.

If you did draw the sauna when people were there, some of them would definitely be choking/gasping for breath. I know I would

I guess that depends on how they were portrayed. If they were shrouded in mist for example...
Or still dressed in towels.

Yeah, but I'm talking about the fact that saunas will make you writhe in agony. I don't know how anyone can sit in steam that long and not suffocate to death.

So everyone knows, I'm safely past the airplane part. I didn't have internet at all yesterday (it was pretty hard for me ) and I do now, though I won't use it a lot, probably.

Glad to hear about everyone's Christmas and I hope you get better VERY soon, Mari!

I don't have a neato picture of anything.. I might see if I can post some pictures of the mountains and stuff, though, when I get back.

Well you'd better! That's a prerequisite for Entmoot allowing you to travel!

It's all about how hot you heat it. I prefer sitting there a while longer in mild heat, whereas my lil sis and Dad take a few seconds' insane heat and they're off. Often driving me out as well. Wackos.

Yesterday, I discovered "Escapist" by Nightwish, and since I think that it describes me very well, but am unable to fit the chorus on my siggy, here goes: "A nightingale in a golden cage/That's me, locked inside reality's maze/Come someone make my heavy heart light/Come on, come bring me back to life"

Awww, thanks Midge! Good to hear you survived the insanity also known as airports!

I went to the doctor this morning and he was able to tell me I did not have the flu!
Instead, I have a nasty viral throat infection
Cure? Lots of rest. Hmmm, wasn't that what I was doing already?
How long will it take? If I have any appointments for anything this coming week, I might as well cancel them all
I love this. >_<

Isn't it also about the humidity? I remember us using a sauna after gym classes in school once (girls only) - there was no extra water, and the air was so dry that we had to hold wet towels in front of our noses to be able to breathe. I thought that destroyed the whole purpose of a sauna - I thought it was meant to be very humid, and that this would be part of the cleansing process.

We took cold showers afterwards.

Well, there are several kinds of saunas. Some are dry, others are humid.

And because Varna's point is more than viable, the only good ones are the humid ones.

I just finished reading Brisingr.

SPOILERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Yes, I still can't do the spoiler tags.

I was so eagerly expecting to see Galbatorix overthrown, since B was the 3rd book in the "trilogy", but lo! there will be a fourth book because this one alone was very thick, and the story was nowhere near an end.

Yeah, I know! I read the first two in Japan (buying English books in Japan is incredibly cheap by the way compared to the same in the Netherlands).
I thought book 2 was a bit of a letdown after book 1 though. Was it the same with book 3?

I myself think that the series has improved with every book, though I was disappointed to find the 2nd so thin. The 3rd is great, and finally has some points that aren't clichees or you-could-see-that-coming-s. Can't name them though, since I think it spoils the story to try and extract such things out of it. That's pretty much it.
