It's gonna be my best friend's nickname and my nickname but spelled in Tengwar which Katya already did for me, but also my boyfriend's nickname in Tengwar I'm gonna add to it . The three names will form a circle, like the Ruling Ring, but it'll be slanted to an angle like this:
By the way, I wish I had this actual ring, it looks killer!

Yeah, a lot better than that one I ordered online from some the very site that allowed me to find the Tolkien Trail (lost the link from the other site, did a search, and this one was at the top). I still want to find that site!!!!! But anyway, I got this ring, which was shiny gold when I got it (it wasn't actually gold) but, it ended up getting silver, and the supposedly good chain's locking mechanism stopped closing all the way. In the end, the Ring fell off and was never seen since. THere's some truth to what Galadriel is rambling on about all the time.

Speaking of rambling, what is it with Ray Bradbury and firemen? There's the book burning firemen in Fahrenheit 451, there's the firemen disguesd as "Dismantlers" in the Martian Chronicles (most specifically in the story entitled Usher II or something to that effect.) I think he was on to something--that psychologically people were burning books. Ignoring books, and too immersed in their "family" on the TV.
I've got to go in a few.

Well, that's exACTly the idea he was trying to get across. And it still rings dead true today, frighteningly true. People let TV devour their psyches, just like burning books. They'd rather not be bothered with thinking and reading, Bradbury was illustrating this beautifully with his "fireman" motif.
Buona notte a voi, giovane! Sleep tight...

I'd say! You've got to love him. C'mon! The reader still roots for Montag or Spender, laughs at Captain Wilder knocking Sam Parkhill's teeth out, laughs again as the meteorite destroys the ship and only George Bernard Shaw--borg and his human friend survive, and of course they get the impression that Ray Bradbury had fun writing (visible in that half of all of his books I read are really a bunch of stories that are minutely connected).
I've got to go. Will return to read reply after I get ready for bed. Got to get up at nine.

Well, I was just saying "buona notte" because I'm tired too and I'm also gonna go to bed. Ciao! A domani, mio amico!

Sir Grey Wolf the Wolvenhearted, I see you're around this fine morning! Care for a cuppa tea?
And it's a shame, too, because I've got a grip of court-ordered community service I'm supposed to be at every morning at five friggin' a.m. I have GOT to get that timeslot changed.

I'm listening to the Forging Scene from Siegfried. Still blows my mind how cool Wagner is. Can't beat my own funeral march!

Schmiedelied - Forging Scene
Siegfried Notung! Notung! Neidliches Schwert! Was muβtest du zerspringen?

That's not the entire forging scene, that's just as much as I got copied. Soon, I could post the entire scene. If anyone wants to hear it, e-mail me at lastmartian@hotmail.com.
I'm thinking of starting a club in my school. I'm torn between Astronomy, Mars, SciFi, Writing, Music Appreciation, or Tea. I would feel like I had made some sort of difference if I could make one called MArtian Music Appreciation.
