He learned that Barty Crouch smuggled his son out of Azkaban, and had him concealed at home.

Who's cruel idea was it to put a s in the word Lisp?
Why is the word abbreviated such a long word?
Why is the latin word for fear of long words Hippopotomonstrosesquippedaliophobia? Yes it is i checked online.

(the answer must be precise enough)

Clarification: How did Sirius Black find out that Peter Pettigrew was at Hogwarts while Sirius Black was locked up in Azkaban
