Am back! No need to hold back anymore, if you had been doing that at all.
Bloodthirsty Fletch indeed! But will his dear Ravanlocks be found? The plot thickens...

Of course, should she be found, it'll pose an interesting dilemma. Our fearless leader's maniacal laughter clearly indicated the game is not yet over. Will Fletch be able to join the rest of the adventure when Ravenlocks will need watching over and an escort home? Tumtutum... tune in next week...

depends if she can still move and quaff Ale, swear and cause havoc ... course she may have taught the orcs a few tricks?
Is she is alive and unmaimed ... she is not exactly a shy retiring type ... she'd be fine in this group ... whether she'd want to come though or go back off to bree depends on her state of mind i guess ... i'm sure we could find a few rpg-ers willing to play her though! (she is also quite feminine and seductive ... just not the quiet or sensible 'needs looking after' type - barring of course being the ' needs rescuing' type at the mo ( or needs burying type?, or needs finding and assembling back together before burying type ?) Welcome back Earniel! have a good trip / vacation? |

Oh, gawd, the drama . Will Harn survive? Will Eaol and Beryn ever learn to love one another? Will Fletch save his love!? Find out next time, on "Gates of Mirkwood!"
Well, if anyone is unhappy with something I had their character do, I'll go back and edit it, but I wanted to get that little arc slapped back into shape. Last edited by Tessar : 08-06-2005 at 11:42 PM. |

Ohoo, Beryn gets to be the hero! I like it. Lanor better remembers that. Or probably he'll stab her in the back later... We'll see, I suppose, if Beryn's assessment of the situation turns out right. Never did expect Kalin to have such a temper, tssk tsssk, touchy Elf. Beryn may be tempted to give him a shoutin' at later.
Learn to love Eaol?! The man hasn't been awake yet to have a decent conversation with! (Let alone a pint of mead) Heehee. He might be too old for Beryn's taste, though. Is Ravenlocks in the same tent where Beryn found Eaol and Beryn didn't spot her at all? Didn't hear or see her at all? *dubious look* Hmmm... Beryn must be losing her touch.

but then alot had happened ... excellent post tessar, plot thickens again ... thickens with blood mostly! Very descriptive and edge of seat stuff ... Could be another tent nearby? Tis a camp. Are we free to post ref: plot twists minor or whatever or do we await direction? (i, for one will certainly not ask anyone to edit anything ever again! ) anyway it was all good as far as i was concerned. Best BB |

Not at all. It's a fairly large tent, and Eaol + the light source were near the entrance--remember Kalin smacked into Beryn almost the instant he entered the tent? Ravenlocks was near the back, and she hadn't been making any real noise until the groan that Fletch heard. On top of that, any noise she had made probably would've been hidden by the sound of battle. Anyways--yes you are free to post any plot twists you like. If they affect someone else's char, though, you'll need to clear it with them. I think Eärniel said it once: I've tried to keep the plot pretty bendable, and unless you do something to majorly wreck the plot I can totally adjust to it . Plus the plot's even more bendy since I lost my stupid notes -_-. I still can't find those things. |

My tip Re: notes:
make some new ones (they can be quick and sketchy). Subsequently lose them. Bingo! when you are looking for these you'll find the original ones you are no longer looking for! In terms of plot BB will stand for Butter'bendy'beer henceforth ... Quote:
It was getting wierd and starting to get potentially dodgy: so rather than continue down that rocky path leading to a slippery and steep scree-slope above a sheer jagged rocky drop... i made me decision. ... well there you go, you got to stick by your decisions in life. Best all round i think. What will fletch do next? Will he be philosophical? Will there be enough Mead? Who really is the traitor: is there a traitor at all? Who did shoot 'J' Harn? ... join us after these non-commecial breaks ... |

I'm back for now. I assume I'm going to have to post Anfal's part now. What do you want to happen, who should survive?

Well, I mean clearly Harn is going to survive, he just got knocked out by some sleep poison.
I'm not telling you yet if Lanor survives or not, but I mean... c'mon . Will I really kill off a character that adds such... ummm... tension to the game? *tries to think of a better word*. And, of course, as for Ravenlocks, the only way I see her getting killed off is if she catches an infection . |

Apart from Lanor I don't think anyone else has sustained lethal injuries. Anfal was quite a good healer, wasn't he? Then he can come help Beryn keep Lanor alive, if Harn's only knocked out by a sleep potion.
Infection you say? Darn, can't alcohol be used to disinfect wounds? Sounds like Beryn is going to have to surrender her stash of mead!

is there a last post buglar in the house?
Well, let the mead wars begin. I fear Fletch may go seriously bezerk unless someone brings some mead very very quickly. Will Eaol have seen lanor talking to Semicor when he comes round? Will anyone volunteer to put ravenlocks out of her misery? (ps fletch is injured too - not lethally but he's taken some cuts in his fighting frenzy - he won't slow us down but may not be fit - when the adrenalin runs off and he takes stock- to fight for a few days?) (he is going to need some mead, too! ) |
